Besides, some of us wanted to see more humans being important in DBZ, but they mostly became a non factor by the time Cell came along.
He showed Yusuke that regardless of how strong he believes his skills are, Toguro could have killed him right there and walked away with no care in the world. This is what a strong man does with power; he shows it when he needs to make a point.
