To be fair begginers wont have the specs like you did (120 in start and on helfire u have too) and also wont have the 4th Q which is very important because now you wont have to use assassin shoes

+ sometimes Morgana's Cape is unnecessary, because: 1) Cast Time E is already very low (0.66 base) 2) It is unlikely to be expected from the invitation. So...that's how it goes
