how we relate mood board or inspiration mood plz help me....

Mood Board should reflect/ explain the essence or emotion of the project like happy/cheerful with warm colours or sad/melancholy with dark or blue colours.
While Inspiration board should have images of objects which have inspired or driven you to make the project. Images of a story which inspired you or maybe a person, animal, birds etc

For online portfolio best format would be a pdf, as it is easily accessible to everyone on most of the devices. You must have a cover page, contents page or index page with numbers of the page next to the titles and a contact page with your information.
You can add digital illustrations, scanned images of hand drawn images, images or photos of 3D work, Mixed media work. Variety of work will make you different from the other candidates and improve your chances of selection.

no, Portfolio's are not required for bachelor program. But it is required for applying the masters program at NIFT

Yes, pearl academy have an interview program hence you will be requiring a portfolio which can be a A4/ A3 file showcasing illustrations, digital illustrations, mixed media design, photographs of 3D art etc. GOOD LUCK !
