I love this pattern. I made mines in black denim with faux black leather patches. The shirt was a black print & I inserted the same faux leather in the yoke in the back. I wear my look with boots & get a lot of compliments when wearing it. I plan to make the shirt again in a red print which I will extend to a dress. I plan to wear it with a black sweater vest over the dress with a pair of knee high boots.

The jeans look fantastic! Yes, we do all make mistakes. I think it's great to share your mistakes because some people get "stuck" when they make mistakes, and it's good to see that you can move on, make it into a design change, etc...I'm glad you did this review. I want to make a pair. Super cute.

I don't like cropped jeans! I don't like my ankles to be cold!😅😅😅 I don't know why I found that so funny but I did! If I were pants outside of the house, I would do cropped jeans because I remember getting my feet caught in the bottom of my pant leg and falling to the ground. Sadly, it happened more than once. 😅😮😅 Your pants look very good on you.❤

Great make. You look amazing in them. I have this pattern and after watching your video I truly think this will be moved up on my list of things to make really soon. Thanks for sharing your project. The review was very informative. Can’t wait to see the blouse make. I know it’s going to be amazing as well. ❤❤❤

    Beautiful jeans. Well done
    They are fab
My record is 7 needles on the skirt for my daughter. It was taffeta with little beads (I didn't know what I was doing it was one of my first sewing projects 😂 )

I love your jeans! Fellow clumsy girl here. I stick to low heels if I wear heels at all! The recycled denim is no longer available and I’m sad because the jeans you made are my favorite color of denim!

Aw man! I’m sorry to hear that. Try Core fabrics. I have purchased some beautiful fabric from them in the past. The denim looks ready to wear. So nice.
      Thank you 😊

I'm a bit late on commenting on this video. Firstly because I just came upon your channel when you reviewed the Closet Core Morgan jeans....I immediately bought the pattern. Then I saw this video and decided I needed to get this pattern. Which pattern is your favorite? I like the way you look in both. Thank you

great review! that fabric is really gorgeous. in regard to breaking needles do you use a hammer or mallet on the thicker seams? i started doing that a few years ago and it flattens out the fabric nicely and makes it easier to sew through. it's also very therapeutic 😂

Thank you! Yes, I do use a hammer to flatten the layers of fabric.
