I need to factory reset my Honeywell pro series hub, the as_hole who installed it locked it out so I can't do anything with it without paying them a large set up fee and monthly fee of $100 per month. I paid for this device when I bought the new home it was I stalled in, I should be free to use it as I please, after all, It's mine
@SniperUSMC, you can use GEOARM or AlarmGrid as your monitoring company, and kick the as_hole to the curb. $100/month is outrageous!!! I'm paying $15/month with GEOARM for full 24/7 monitoring. The other benefit when you switch is your new monitoring company will be the one that manages/handles your Total Connect. Hope this helps!
