Great video guys. They should rename this ride “concussion”.
Ikr when I when’s on it I felt dizzy after
Ikr I went on it 3 times in a row and my head got bashed against the side multiple times.
I liked the ride it’s just my head was getting flung about like a baseball
Thank you for watching and commenting
I went on this and at the loop my head was forced down with the force and it gave me severe neck pain and now I can barely move My upper body without pain
The makes the ride seem much smoother than it really is! Great video 👍
I hear that 😂
@@wolvesdivinetiming same 😂😂😂
I can feel the pain. Icon for me
I agree ☝🏻
BPB need to fit the vest restraints on this thing
Icons slow and boring
Mayo Muncher yeah it tried to break the big one and failed
Aw same my neck killed for a lil bit after going on this lmao
Honestly love this coaster. Checking your pupils for concussion afterwards is just the icing on the cake.
I agree this coaster is great but not as good as nemesis
Felt awful when I went on it, only my second ever rollercoaster after the big one on the same day. People said it was rough
Nemesis is better imo
@@Editingthing obviously
@Artsy no shit
i just love how its sandwiched between the big one and the the classic big dipper
I love Infusion. I'm an Infusiast! 😁
Tiffany Lehan Haha love it 😅
@@yourexperienceguide hehehe full of Infusiasm. 😂
Tiffany Lehan haha that’s good one there 😂😂😂😂
@@ridemadness not bad is it? 😁
you should move to USA then, we have plenty more that are exactly the same!
That looked smoother that it actually feels when riding it , it shakes your bones
It's not a bone shaker but certainly not the smoothest coaster at BPB either
@@yourexperienceguide believe me its a bone shaker
@@feelinsupersonic1606 It’s really not 😅
@@yourexperienceguide errr it really is
@@yourexperienceguide stfu it is
Never had any pain like others have had on infusion so i LOVE this ride.
There's far worse coasters out there
@@yourexperienceguideI see who you are. You are my enemy, my enemy, you are my enemy.
What I love about The Pleasure Beach is the ability to adapt new rides around the 2 national treasures, The National & The Dipper, yet keeping up with other parks.
Kinder Surprise Mechanics Totally agree, BPB would be weird with only modern coasters
BPB would basically be what Cedar Point is currently is. Old park with modern coasters
Great ride and good setting but not ridden it in years as it used to bash my head too much. I hope they get new trains with better restraints someday
Sean Woolfenden I think it’s alright at the front, but definitely not a smooth coaster.
Last time I rode this was when I was 8 years old, it was bright red, called Traumatizer, and was at Southport.
Was my first ever rollercoaster, and I loved every minute of it.
It's been too long - I need to take a trip to blackpool to ride it again.
I went on this too when it was at Southport and called the Traumatizer. Not been on it since it moved to Blackpool.
How does any 8 year old have the balls to do this lmao
@@yesla3960 When you're a kid you don't really think much about how scary something is, if you think it looks cool you're gonna want to go on it, even if you're crying at the end. Happened to me when I was much younger, begged my dad to take me on the Grand National and I hated every second of it.
My first rollercoaster was the traumatizer, been on it in Blackpool too. Havent been there since 2013 though
@@scotchontherock9714 Yeah... But once I get off after crying and screaming around for help for someone to stop the ride, I always ask my parents to put me back in again because I think it was 'fun' although I was literally saying "I'll never get into rides again" during the ride.
I don't know why but it always happens.
love infusion. recently been really smooth
Cracking POV so smooth!!!!!
honestly, I loved the ride. First time I went on it barley bashed my head and I came off feeling great tbh! Second time, bashed my head a bit but not too much and didn’t come if with a headache! The first time I was sat more towards the back. I recommend this ride, I nearly didn’t go on it because of all of the people who had ridden it saying it was bad. But it’s honestly so fun, and the architecture is so nice! Would recommend :)
Thank you for watching and commenting
Went on this in the front seat twice yesterday! It’s so good, honestly missing all the rollercoasters
OMG same I went on this 5 times tday and twice on the front row I really enjoyed this coaster
Absolutely fantastic POV
GachaCrystalXOX Thank you 😀
I was here 2 weeks ago and went on this 5 times in a row just before closing time and honestly I don't know what all the fuss about the ride is!!! Loved it every time 👌🏽
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Yeah this ride defo isnt for me 🤣😆😅
I used to be scared to go upside down on rollercoaster till I went on the icon and I loved it then I try this and I love it and I went on it again
Been on this ride lots times it shakes your bones about head banter lol
Infusion is truly one of the roller coasters to ever exist.
It may not be the best coaster, but its presentation makes up for it.
Ah yes the coaster that pierced behind my ear with my own earring. That’s how hard it smacks ya
My dad's girlfriend had that happen to her on the oblivion fantasy Island which is basically the same
i was wondering if this happened to anyone else or just me😩😩 i have since learned to take my earrings out beforehand
its your own fault as it says no loose clothing or accessories
@@shampoo4450 they weren’t loose they were studs 😂
@@chrisssiiy ur still not meant to wear earrings
It’s definitely the most aesthetically pleasing Vekoma SLC I’ve seen so far.
Pretty forceless to be honest but still fun being flipped in the air.
Always ride this when I’m at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
It does look excellent, but I am not a huge fan of it.
Been on it one of best rides yet
I remember going on this and I really love it
Great
Love the noise of that lift hill ❤️
Wavey Classic Vekoma
Pleasure Beach Experience spot on mate 👌👌
Rode this in Southport pleasure beach a lot when it was called "The traumatizer" sponsored by Tizer .Obviously. Good memories on this ride. Like the time my cousin had lent his sisters pink fluffy socks and forgot to change them before going out. He lost his shoe on the ride 😆
going on this back in 2016 as my first roller coaster experience put me off roller coasters forever, i couldnt even work up the courage to go on the big one because infusion just made me a nervous wreck lol
this makes me so happy
Great
The water under you is so blue Scott makes that ride so nice. Wicked pov
Chazz Coombes Thank you 😀
Yeah I think its dyed.
@@yourexperienceguide what’s your overall opinion of Infusion? Many people say it’s bad but many say it’s good.
@@theeggman6504 It’s not my favourite but I’ve been on far worse
Makes the Grand National feel like Blue Flyer! Got love a Ve(coma) SLC!
This is the first ride I went on when I was only 23 that was the first year I went to black pool and rode this ride it was very bumpy and rough a loud sound from the motor. Quite an experience but at first it looked like I was going to bash into that old water hill what used to be the old log flume ride before it got closed down in 2003 I was only 12 at the time. I miss the last 6 years of my memories I have on photographs of that place shame I’m not going this year due to the show at Southport has been cancelled due to the pandemic covid 19, but I will be back next year after my 30th birthday.
U just made infusion look smooth this shows how good this POV is 😃😃😃😃😃
Went this week, for me The Grand National and the Big One were the most uncomfortable rides, followed by Infusion!
Dan Jackson ik they are rough but u can’t say grand national that’s been there for over 80years
This makes me miss PleasureLand Southport, I loved going there
Thank you for watching and commenting
"What sort of cheese is that?" I love that advert and whenever I ride Infusion that always comes to my mind XD
Thank you so much for all the videos. I love how the rides blending tradition and new age into this fabulous Theme Park.
That was such a good advert lol. Thank you for watching and commenting ☺️
I agree the cheesy smell is so disgusting it needs a clean apart from that the ride is madness
Should’ve gone to SpecSavers.
@@MovieFan1912 HA HA HA YES! XD
in my opinion it's the best ride at blackpool i love it. im going tommorow and will for sure going back on it a fair few times
We hope you had an excellent visit
@@yourexperienceguide i did thanks it was amazing!
and i got on the big one for my first time
I went on this yesterday for the first time and based on all the comments I’ve heard about it I was expecting it to be rough and shaky. But I was surprised that it wasn’t too bad at all, I really enjoyed it.
I don't think it's smooth but it's nowhere near as bad as people like to say
For me this beats Icon!
Really?
First ride I rode at blackpool pleasure beach!
Proper head banger
I love it
Thank you for watching and commenting
Hey Scott this boy is my fave he is like a blg blue snake he rumbles after the first drop I like forces
I went on this today! Front row seat. My second fav ride I loved this!! Icon will always be first but this is just amazing and thrilling. It looks bad on video but it’s so much better in real life.
I don't think it looks bad on the video, but glad you enjoyed it anyway
I wish I went back to Blackpool I miss it soooo much
yh im going on 22nd so
Love it 🥺
Thanks for watching and commenting
@@yourexperienceguide I’m going there for my birthday so I’m loooking at rides xx
Finally went on this on Friday. Great layout; but a tad rough
did my 1st ride of infusion last weekend, must say i was surprised how intense it was for me. Icon felt much easier to handle. still i didn't feel ill after it so that's a bonus
This is my fav ride
Brill
One of the best SLC models out there
Can be, but that doesn't really mean anything...
Alabastine Oddessy is by far the best SLC
That seems awfully smooth for a Vekoma Hang and Bang
Infusion known as The Heaven Ride of Blackpool Pleasure Beach.😁👍
Great POV and is really smooth!
Photosynthesis Thank you 😀
I can feel my adrenaline going watching this it hurts your head so much this ride 😂 I got whip lashed everywhere
Same
Maybe it's the algorithm, but I don't see a lot of coasters from the UK in my feed. Japan, Germany, Brazil, sure - but hardly ever UK. 'Infusion' is obviously world-class and looks like so much fun!
My first looping coastrr
Thank you for watching and commenting
Saw a train be transferred off today, the maintenance bay is pretty cool
I've never actually seen that believe it or not
@@yourexperienceguide it's prety cool, works in the same way as colosuss, as in, the train docks in the station and reverse's into the m.t bay
Went there with my school a year ago. I remember it felt like a boxong match.
this was my first-ever roller coaster, it was at this moment I realised roller coasters are very bumpy. I had my hands in the air halfway through the ride. This roller coaster will always hold a special place for me.
Not every coaster is as rough as Infusion, some are a lot worse too.
Joker glad it was not my first coaster in case i thought all costers were bumpy on the ears camalots tower of terror was my first at Camelot that parks not there anymore
It was my first coaster in pleasure beach too, i loved it but nothing comes close to the ICON
This was my first rollercoaster to plus the steeplechase was the roughest in my opinion
Rode 5 times today, this is better at the front of the ride than the back. Up there with Icon for me, but not quite matching. Loved the intensity and inversions
Thank you for watching and commenting
the design is better than icon imo
This is one of the 2 rides that I wussed out on
Darwin42 Official Channel Definitely give it a try on your next visit 😀
Can’t relate
Went on this twice yesterday, first ride wasn’t to bad, second I had to check for concussion straight after 😂😂😂 never had my head banged like that in my life
The leg chopper at 1:11 always gets me!
Thank you for watching and commenting
I’m in Blackpool right now and the first time I came here I was so happy to go on the infusion first the drop wasn’t that bad but big one was so big I wasn’t scared of it at all but I’m going back today it’s my last day in Blackpool but I’m going back in October I love Blackpool so much I haven’t been before I’m staying an extra night before I go back to my usual country il miss you Blackpool
It’s just the best thing ever I went on other rollercoasters
Thank you for watching and commenting
Hey Scott, could I please use some clips of the rollover and inline twist in my video, I’ll credit you onscreen and in the description?
it is a really good ride, one of my favourites actually and no it won’t give you a concussion but it is quite intense
Thank you for watching and commenting
Great video - awful head banger of a ride
HucknallRed Thank you 😀
Went on Infusion this weekend with my 7yo lad, it was class; very underrated coaster. Wasn’t as rough as people had told me it was and most importantly my lad loved it too!
Thank you for watching and commenting
It’s definitely rough as fuck
Went on it with my school on Friday 14th so fun and exciting but if you have glasses take them off mine went flying off and caught them by the very end of them and also the one ride after my group got off broke down very very fun tho
Thank you for watching and commenting
I went on this for the first time today and it wasn’t scary but it is just SOOO bumpy but apart from that it was a rlly good ride
Thank you for watching and commenting
I’ve never actually ridden the ride before, but I really want to now since I’m addicted to invert coasters

Nice on ride action 🔥🔥👍🏿
Kaiayle Reactions Thank you 😀
I live in the United Kingdom and I am really excited to go on this on my school trip ❤🎢
Enjoy 🎢
Went on this today it was mad
Watching this gave me whiplash.
Oh
Quite rough, you do hit your head a lot but a great start to inverted coasters 🎉
Thank you for watching and commenting
Seriously u wil let ingurys like neck pains but when u get there u will not feel when ur upside down u won't feel it amazing ride loved it
I don't understand
This is literally just the Gauntlet from Magic Springs or Mind Eraser from Six Flags and Busch Gardens with different colored track and cars but glad other people are getting to experience it and over water too! That would make it more fun imo
There's a lot of Vekoma SLC clones out there
It’s the same coaster type, a standard 689m Vekoma SLC
This ride is so much fun. Pretty intense though
Wait I’m going Sunday. Does it still hurt?
@@leahmae2886 yes, i went on it yesterday
Thank you for watching and commenting
Most underrated ride I've been on. Its an inverted rollercoaster with 5 inversions. Now Nemesis inferno has 3, Nemesis has 4. If this ride was a B&M, and a bit smoother it would be rated one of the best in the world. I love it because I'm not a wuss! 😂
Both inferno and nemesis have 4
Me n my sister went on it in 2013 and I loved it legs dangling about lol
Thank you for watching and commenting
Who remembers this when it was the Traumatizer in Southport? I first rode this in 2003 when i was 10 years old in Southport, I’d not long broken my wrist and I’d had a brand new cast put on that day, probably shouldn’t of been riding rollercoasters 😂
Certainly remember it as Traumatizer
Amount of times my head rattled against the seat was crazy, but this rides great
Haven’t ridden it but prefer the rawness of Nemesis.
@@hannahmukadamparker I disagree very strongly but each to there own.
Agreed, nemesis is so much smoother, too
Infusion reminds me more of Nemesis Inferno
If only it was that smooth...
Im goin on this baby in a few weeks time!
Thank you for watching and commenting
can't say i'm a fan of this ride after it near enough gave me concussion for the remainder of my day. still say its old name is more fitting that it had as traumatiser
Wolf gamer Traumatizer was a decent name
Should have called it head crushing 😂
love the ride went on it 5 times in a day 🤣
Lol fair enough
itz-Krix were all truther rides closed and you had paid to go in then they closed them and you did not wont to leave i did go 5 times in a row a lot when it was at Southport tramatizer it was not as rough then now it looks nice with the water but a bit rough i always go on it if the queue is short but i think along with steeplechase the weakest roller coaster there i do not ride blue flyer my youngest nice is to old for that now
Went on this as a teen fkin loved it 😂
this coaster is so good but my head hurt at the end, great pov tho 👍🏻
Thank you 😊
The queue was that short the last time I went we got to duck the queue. Went about 5 times and my head was aching. So worth it.
Thank you for watching and commenting
Would you ever consider doing back-row POVs for the BPB coasters?
Depends on the coaster but we do have plans for a couple of back row POVs.
I remember in year7 going on a trip to morecambe and we took the bus here and I passed out on this and I still remember the picture number of me
333
megan Wilson this coaster was at Southport originally then relocated to Pleasure Beach for 2007
ii_Megan_iixx did you really pass out i have never passed out on a ride rides so not make one black out unless you have certain health conditions or on certen Medications but i was not there so maybe you did
Has infusion always had the same lift hill motor? It used to sound much lower pitched but it just sounds newer with this motor being higher pitched. Was motor replaced after so long?
Mackem88 Rail and Air Hub They changed the lift chain and motor over the last closed season.
@@yourexperienceguide do they replace it each year. ? When i went in 2012 it still had its 1999 lift motor on it.
Where do you have your camera mounted?
This ride hurts my head soo much
I honestly think infusion is so overhated and underrated! I loved it and didn’t find it painful- I was on front row.
There’s definitely much worse SLCs out there
At the start of the ride it’s a lot like Kumalli I think it’s called in flamingo land.
Same manufacturer
Please do Valhalla POV when it’s ready for riding!
If we get permission from BPB we will do
I actually think this ride is decently smooth, granted I’ve only ever been on front row and it was the mabye 3rd train of the day so yeah. But I only got about 3-4 head bangs, they didn’t actually hurt though.
Thank you for watching and commenting
Keep ya head back as much as possible and you'll be fine
Thank you for watching and commenting :)
I wish BlackPool Pleasure Beach had more rides so that way I wouldn’t be tempted to ride this concussion inducer
I only made noises I went ahh ahh ahh ahh because it was banging my head I can’t even remember what it felt like on this ride like I was asleep the whole time I was on it, weird..
I love infusion but coz I'm only little it hurts my neck but it's epic
It hurts a lot of people's necks
bro same.
