The more I watch, the more I admire you and your drive! Your work ethics are so commendable!! And you have more patience then I ever could have. You are one amazing man and I tip my hat to you! Your wife and son should be proud of you for sure! I admire you the more that I watch. And you are an expert when it comes to running your machinery. And to do it all while filming and explaining it all for your viewers. You are the example of a true, good man! May God bless you and yours through out all of your endeavors! 👍🏻👊💪🙏
Your next big equipment purchase will have to be a good grade roller if you’re going to be doing lots of road builds! Looks great buddy, might run across you out on the roads this summer when I’m travelling for asphalt work
This was great to watch.. you definitely have the knowledge and ability to know what you need to do..to see it through to the finished product ..all the good machinery is a huge plus...the property will look amazing..when you have it all laid out and each chalet built... Your talent is in the planing..from start to finish...that's a blessing..
Thank you for sharing this one. I find it very interesting how you work and what you do. Great video. You have a lot of knowledge on how and what to do. That is so great. Greetings from Doris in Australia :)
Another Great video as usual Sent you a long email on power rake if you have any questions give me a call been using these for many many years Just a cost saving suggestion on the hills and fir the drive eventually is to use asphalt milking they really pack and are pretty affordable versus paving
I ran a rock pit up the Youngs River outside of Astoria Oregon to put Rip Rap on the Columbia River banks. Looks like your getting half Shale with your 3/4 in. minus. It was my main setback at the shaker screen, especially when we ripped into a dirt vein.
Good video and job brother. I liked the shot of the 95 on the right and the 450 on the flat spot and then the 345 just ahead of the 450 on the left. That shot was awesome seeing all that steel in there environment.
Down here in NC we have what’s called ABC aggregate base course. It is placed by means of attentive spreading and compacting to a minimum of 95% relative compaction, providing the stable foundation needed to support a pathway, foundation, driveway or roadway. Would be perfect for that road.
I in new Zealand but when we do the soft base we add lime to stabilise the base do you? My mom was Canadian my father Maori but I love to follow you my husband's family prince Edward lime helps set the base
Hi there.. A few Questions What is Type 1 and Type 2? It looks like what we here in the States call Modified but with a Larger aggerate is what your using. Next question is why are the ditches on the right side of the hill (going toward the lake) so deep? Do you get monsoons up there? During the winter.. or anytime, if you got into one of them you would be fooked!!!
recommendation...when people start to come...how about some signs on side of road telling people to 'go slow' or a 'turn ahead' etc etc.. i am just thinking..at night...that could be a really dangerous road. spooky....
I didn't hear you mention it, but I was wondering how many dump truck loads of gravel do you need to complete that entire road ? The piles they dump look so big, but by the time you get them all spread out it never seems to go as far as you think it would.
Restriction to avoid damaging the roads as the frost comes out, usually we see on secondary roads in the province as winter leaves and spring starts. You do pay more to get the job done but the job gets done!!!
I’ll be honest man. I watch your channel to see the improvements and HOW you do it. I’d be appreciative of a budget as well as cutting out the equipment operating. We all know you can smooth gravel or cut trees. I personally, love watching that but not as long as you put in the video. I’ve had to click off a few episodes because you were simply just filming while operating. Maybe limit the videos to get better content? Or let your guys into the channel and throw them some monies. Just a few ideas, but you in a skid steer for 20 min isn’t it. Please don’t take this negatively. I’m giving my honest opinion and will still stay with the channel because I’m a young business owner in the electrical field and I do feel like you do a great job logistically.
Lol I understand that too. Can’t please everyone. I love seeing it because there’s a sense of reward seeing the finished product. I loved your new cabin property and the improvements/cool things on it you showed and all that. You won’t lose a viewer by not changing I can promise you that. I’m also in Florida, so I have a TON of interest in watching you operate in the snow whether it’s controlling the water run-off or simply just hauling heavy equipment safely through the bad conditions. Great channel though!
New hollands aren't super popular around here at all. The market is dominated by most the other brands. How is everything else going. Looks like your still pretty busy. Im the OSMA mulcher guy from the states. We talked awhile back.
Things are going good buddy. Have a Mulcher on the way for the 345 and another one for my 95. Should be here early next week so eager to test them out.
You probably shouldn't say you're rushin' when you were trak packing. If Putin hears you say you are rushin' he might try to draft you into his army ! 😏

Sometimes fabric is cheaper than large quantities of fill. Idk. I use fabric alot on bad spots. Saves time and materials.👍
Cool... I'm going to stay watching to the end.

What an outstanding job!!

You make the work look easy. We it’s not you just know what your doing👍
That is going to be one hell of a lot of stone to lay down especially if you are going to take it right to the end.
your a worker mate! like it!
That's an awful lot of work but it's looking great so far.
Great job.
Look great job
Great work as always 😊👍🌹
About how long is this road?
Also, agree with you about needing a power rake for finish grading. I saw one with an attached 4 in 1 bucket.
Little over a km
As always I enjoy your videos.
i would reinforce those corners with large boulders on the side

Not getting dizzy here. 👍🏻😄
looks a little different with no snow!
How are your Super Duty trucks been doing ?
Amazing
New Holland Pa is near us,do you have a New Holland where you are also ??
I hope you prevented the gravel from floating away in the water.

Nice. How long is that road!
How many loads to finish it at this level of rock??? Keep on keeping on!!
Little over a km. Need another 15-20 loads
@@workplaytv that is not bad I thot it was much longer. Thx
Does the 95 back drag decent ? Good Work
Very fruitful future... ;-)
Do you ever use the reclaimed asphalt, especially on the hills to minimize erosion?
If I can get it I will for sure
@@workplaytv Get ready for the big snowstorm Monday Frankie has warned us about!!!
@@sherpa972 ugh
The class A that your spreading. What type of stone is that. Where I live, in Texas, we use limestone.
It’s type 2
I didn't hear you mention it, but I was wondering how many dump truck loads of gravel do you need to complete that entire road ?
The piles they dump look so big, but by the time you get them all spread out it never seems to go as far as you think it would.
30-40 loads
What size buckets do you have for the Sany
3’ and 4’
Did you see v belts newest video? Took a jab at you in the f450 lol all fun and games.
Hahaha I sure did. He likes going slow is all I can say! Haha
So what material are you using looks like 2” minus but hard to tell
Type 2
I’m confused on the illegal part of being close to the quarry what is that?
Not sure what you are saying?
Sorry I'm late I just got home from dinner out.
Have you been happy with your Sany?
Yup
What lake is that ?
Dolliver
Are you still happy with that 95? Also at how many hours is it?
Yup you bet. Just over 500
Why cant the trucks haul full loads?
I believe he mentioned a load limit on road right at beginning.

Wouldn’t a roller come in handy about now.
Yup

Would be better to put down fabric and then 2 stone
No need on this road. That would be alot if fabric
@@workplaytv too expensive
