For the radiator tuck situation just a suggestion y not get a piece of thin metal plate on the size of ur radiator and rivet or screw it to the brace wer the bonnet clips into and get the plate sprayed yellow jus a suggestion

A opel corsa b 1.6is radiator would tuck perfectly
The Corsa C 1.7Diesel Radiator works best. Sits low and is a bit longer

Check tyres, wheel bearings etc
New tyres. New shocks. New bearings. New balljoints. New lower control arm bushes. Can a top mount strut be the cause ?
