I honestly would have thought that Allison would be the voice of the good Alice and Susie would be the voice of bad Alice. After all, Susie was the one with the broken heart and Allison was the one that killed Susie with sword at the end of the chapter.
She's collecting hearts to keep herself alive (in an undead sense), like why she needed ink from the swollen searchers and the insides from the Boris clones. She needs it all to become "whole" , "beautiful" or to save herself. Unfortunately which we know isn't possible.
I know I'm kinda late to the game, but after three years and the info that came out I think her collecting those hearts can be a side effect of ink addiction. Of course we never really saw her "consuming" those hearts tho. Also the Alice cartoon also had horns so maybe there always was another side to this character. Due to the Novel we learned that the ink is talking to people who it consumed, which led to Sammy starting worshipping the ink demon. Alice Angel's acts might come from the same reason. Maybe the ink tells her that those hearts is what she needs to fix herself. After all there is the theory that by the second try she actually looked like Alice angel and got disfigured after the ink demon attacked her. It seems plausible considering only one half of her face is disfigured while the body seems intact. The disfigurement also looks like something grabbed and stretched her head. That's what I love about this game when some theories get debunked new ones popp up
Here's my Alice Angel theory that you can think about: I think that both Alison Pendle AND Susie Campbell are Alice Angel. The split personality and voices proves this. But who is the lead and most aggressive voice? not Susie, Alison. Because Alaana Linayre is NOT speaking when Alice is in her "aggressive state". Lauren Synger is. I can logically assume that since there are only two female voice actors in the whole Bendy game, that Lauren Synger plays Alison, and that Susie has become submissive and timid. But why? Maybe Alison Pendle is just not a nice person. Maybe Alison Pendle and Susie got into an argument of some kind, then they hated each other. Do you remember that recording in the Angel path (I may be wrong) where Susie had lunch with Joey Drew? What if there was some romance involved? What if Alison liked Joey as well? What if for whatever reason it became clear to Susie that Joey liked Alison more, and that's why she is submissive? But they would both still hate each other, and maybe Alison wasn't too happy about Susie lingering about? But how did Susie and Alison become Alice Angel exactly? That I don't know... Yet That's my theory, good job on making it through that, I know it was long. Maybe you agree maybe you don't! We shall see! After all... It's only chapter three! Edit: oooh! Wait! Another theory has come to me! What if Susie and Alison merged BECAUSE they both wanted Joey? Maybe Susie suggested because she saw it as a way of staying with Alice Angel! but it went wrong (clearly) and Alison blamed Susie! And Susie felt bad about it and sort of submitted to Alison, believing her ideas were better! Then they therefore wanted to become perfect to please Joey! But now what puzzles me is that they would have known at this point that Bendy is Joey (if you ask me). And they hate Bendy. Another answer... Another question! (Another edit): or maybe they wanted to be perfect to make up for Susie's mistake and they were mad at Joey because maybe he gave them the idea. What do you think?

Sounds confusing but because of evidence in the tape recordings Susie is therefore the evil Alice, she probably hates bendy (who could be Joey) for replacing her. The evil Alice also seems crazy, a trait of Susie's because she thought that she had a connection with Alice and also "me and Alice, we are going places" hints that Susie thinks Alice is a part of her (split personality maybe). Allison Pendle is then the good Alice Angel who saves Henry.
I been had a theory that alice is intending the use of sacrifices of other ink characters as a means to be whole ever since I saw the ending of Chapter 3 the day it was released. However, bridging onto this theory that both me and you (Superhorrorbro) have. I feel for chapter 4, we're going to have a pitchfork choice that'll determine the ending in chapter 5 of the whole game. Like the game "Life is Strange" and "Bioshock" your ending of the chapter is dependent on a choice you made in the game. TheMeatly admitting he and the team based Bendy on Bioshock, I feel in Chapter 4 we're going to be faced with a decision of either let Alice get the perfection out of Boris, and results of that choice would be a good alice on our side like Boris in chapter 3 but the con to it is Boris turns bad like Monster Bendy and in Chapter 5, we have a 2v2 (2v3 if Sammy is alive). Or on a other choice in chapter 4, we'll have the choice to rescue Boris, but the bad ink creatures ends up jumping Alice. Turning her COMPLETELY bad, thus her aligning with Monster Bendy (and Sammy if he's alive) for Chapter 5.

Susie-Alice is trapped in survival mode, but she seems to understand that she needs to connect to a heart to become human again (e.g. the heart is the first organ formed during human gestation).
