If you ever get a time loop itch, I highly recommend Mother of Learning. It's the single best execution of the trope in literature that I've personally read so far. It finds a lot of ways to play with the concept that I don't often see elsewhere, and the worldbuilding is incredible.
I've never watched Groundhog Day, as my parents thought it was too dumb or "american" or whatever other excuse they always give to refuse letting me watch stuff they hate, so to be honest, my golden grail of time loop focused media *is* Puella Magi Madoka Magica, the anime that Red features in this video. If you have never watched it, I strongly suggest you do watch it, but be prepared because it is not your run of the mill cutesy anime, and is actually horror disguised as magical girl anime. The sequel movie is sort of eh, it sort of lessens the impact of the original 13 episodes, so you don't need to watch it, but by Jove, I'd suggest everyone to at least watch it once in their lifetime, as it was *the* anime that rewired my brain chemistry in late high school with how good and shocking it is.
The only time when the Clock King were scary was in The Batman series.... seriously, the one in the Arrow-verse is just a guy who can calculate everybody movement while in other cartoon version of him dont even have superpower....
