Great review. I have owned my V2 for about a year and Love it. Haven’t had any problems. Was missing an accessory package but they took care of it right away. I do agree the deck could be a little bigger but I have gotten used to it. They do also have a wider deck as an accessory.
My latch doesn’t hook either now for the p settings you have to just hold the - and + at the same time until the screen changes to the p settings it tells you a new secs but it’s a little longer. But my problem is mine wont charge to max it hits 80 after like 24hours and won’t go any higher
@@londonbuell109I found the are mixing up models. After I told them about the latch, they sent the right part which was bent upwards more. They sent me a new screen with button pad and the screen was from a wrong model as the specs that are not changeable were wrong. I did find that the - button was messed up so after installing the new one and went back to the original screen, it's working now. You just have to threaten them with bad reviews for them to send anything which shouldn't be the case.

Good luck with customer service. Been dealing with them for 3 weeks because the latch doesn't hook and can't access the P menu.
