Merry Christmas, Jacob! I'm writing this in the late afternoon on Xmas Day; my family has left for their homes. I gave my son "Here Be Dragons" for Xmas -- he was delighted with the piece and quite taken with the stitching and the "reverse" stitching in the border. It was the second of your pieces I've done -- the first being the sweet little "Summer Bower" -- and I'm looking forward to more. I've kitted up the "Remember Me" Vierlandese (sp?) sampler with Roxy Floss Co floss in the special colour-way so that will be next but "A Quilter's Dream" is on my wish list for the future as I am a quilter as well as a knitter and stitcher. Thanks for all you do and all the best in 2024 -- from western Canada. 😊

My mum had one by Ann Atkinson aged 12 dated what looks like 1644 but probably 1844. She sold it at auction in the 80s I think. I wish I had kept it now. Merry Christmas, Jacob! I'm writing this in the late afternoon on Xmas Day; my family has left for their homes. I gave my son "Here Be Dragons" for Xmas -- he was delighted with the piece and quite taken with the stitching and the "reverse" stitching in the border. It was the second of your pieces I've done -- the first being the sweet little "Summer Bower" -- and I'm looking forward to more. I've kitted up the "Remember Me" Vierlandese (sp?) sampler with Roxy Floss Co floss in the special colour-way so that will be next but "A Quilter's Dream" is on my wish list for the future as I am a quilter as well as a knitter and stitcher. Thanks for all you do and all the best in 2024 -- from western Canada. 😊

My mum had one by Ann Atkinson aged 12 dated what looks like 1644 but probably 1844. She sold it at auction in the 80s I think. I wish I had kept it now.
