This reading is unreal, so spot on infinity. I have two assistants at work. The female showed me her true colors last week. She made a minor mistake (costing approx $50 nbd) when i tried to discuss with her she became irate. She refused to resolve it with me, refused to let me finish explaining the issue.. immediately blamed me, interrupted me continuously, shouted over me etc. I have proof she ignored my clear instructions but she wont hear me lol This happened twice in one week, same issue. This reading is unreal, so spot on infinity. I have two assistants at work. The female showed me her true colors last week. She made a minor mistake (costing approx $50 nbd) when i tried to discuss with her she became irate. She refused to resolve it with me, refused to let me finish explaining the issue.. immediately blamed me, interrupted me continuously, shouted over me etc. I have proof she ignored my clear instructions but she wont hear me lol This happened twice in one week, same issue. I wrote her up for her communication tone.. she refused to sign it the written warning and im receiving zero support or feed back from my higher ups on the matter.. but what disturbs me most is her lack of accountability (integity) in the matter and the ultra disrespect (my ego you called it) im calmer this week.. but even typing that out has me upset again again.. my other is assistant is a male at work i cannot read him at all(no doubt in my mind he is choosing his own best interest) they both want my job
