This is a lesson for those who repurchase flats. If you want home build free fabricated house through TATA or any standard construction company at cheap price.They are attractive and durable also. Don't trust bogus construction agencies or real estate companies. What guarantee is there for such sky scraper flats? The builders violate norms, use substandard construction materials and build flats without quality and safety.

Bbmp officers who approved building plan should be held responsible first, Builder, Planner are equally responsible for this, suspend all the officers who approved this plan,cheap materials and improper concrete reinforcemnt used in this building should file a case against all the relevant ppl, ppl will buy a flat with lot of hopes with there hard earned money getting loans from bank and paying heavy interest, now who is responsible for all this, hope everything should be reimbursed from the builder and bbmp🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

For plan approval for 30 40 site, people has to pay 2.5 lakh government fee and no facilities. Also 25000 to pay to get signatures in the end. It is very sad to pay bribe with our hard earning money.
