If you feel unhappy with your body, you have every right to do something about it. I think however it is wise to weigh *ALL* options before invasive surgery. 3. Just a reminder as I see so many comments of ladies wanting to do this BBL surgery. Lerato is very lucky to be alive and with us to tell her story. This surgery is one of, if not thee MOST dangerous surgeries to undergo. The death rate for BBL is one of the highest due to fat not staying in your butt but travelling in your blood stream and causing blockages. It's instant death guys.
