Ingredient List
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Large onion Blend,
1 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste,
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Flake
1 Tsp. Cummin Powder
1 Large Tomato Blend,
250 Gram Dal Mash,
1 Chopped Green Chilli
2 Tbsp. Mint Leaves
2 Tbsp. Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp. Julienne Ginger
For Tarka
1 Serving Spoon Ghee
1 Small Onion Cut in Slices
1 Tsp. Cummin Seeds

Very nice recipe. It turned out amazing. I soaked the daal overnight but still needed more than 30 mins to tenderise it and a bit more water was also required to stop it from burning/sticking. (Perhaps one could boil daal first to speed up the process). Overall daal came out perfect with each grain separated. Thank you for this recipe.
