It really is entertainingly bad. The dialog might not be Google Translate, but the person has a loose grasp of practical English. Given all the bad product manuals and such, I always thought I could make a good living proofreading translations before they're sent out.

I dated someone who translated user manuals for computer and TV equipment to English, way before Google translator, and then later adapted to proof what google was doing. He made good money, but it was a dying field.
