This is my favorite unboxing video for this release so far. Thank you for the detail you went into on each of the products. I really appreciate that you sampled everything, including the flags - I thought they were transparent from the sneak peak I saw in some photos but your video was the first one to really show that. It would have been cool to see if the gel pens write on the flags - or acrylographs. I am definitely purchasing this collection tomorrow. I love all of it!
The journal cover is literally the *reason* I bought this box and it (and everything else, let's be real) did NOT disappoint! I ended up putting it on a different journal (white w/rainbow cover blackout) because I'm afraid I'm going to destroy the white cover. Plus the lime green is ridiculously bright and deserves to be allowed to be its fully obnoxious self!
Well, I wasn’t going to even look at this, but then I did. And now I am the proud owner of the neon box, plus a notebook and some washi tape, all at an extra 10 percent off thanks to your code (which I have used several times). You are the one who originally introduced me to Archer & Olive and I’m not sure if I love your or hate you for it. The journal cover gives me nostalgia from all the stuff that was like that in my childhood! I would never get anything done with that, I'd play with it too much lol
From what you described, it almost sounds the cover on the journal is poster board. That cover though, I had stuff like that as a kid in the late 80s/early 90s. And I want those gels pens. That smoothness omg
I have a set of earrings... 1 each of all of the Guardians of the Galaxy and I mix and match them. I think I'm most excited about that cover. I don't think I want to put it on the neon journal because since you're supposed to customize the cover, I don't want to cover that up. I'm thinking I might put it on my Galaxy notebook and hopefully the stars will show through a bit.
Hmmm what was my favorite? Omg the washi tape for sure! In fact if you don't want it... lolol jk. Also, I use transparent post-its like those in my cookbook to label what recipes I want to try next. Its way better than dog-earring the pages and you can color code them! Like Blue for fish or Green for.. ew.. veggie dishes! X) Maybe give them to the V man? :D
JASHII!!!!! I just got the A&O email update for the Neop Christmas box. The reason the cover on the journal is not like any other is so that you can decorate it yourself. You can use paint, stickers, gel pens, acrylographs, caliographs, washi tape, ANYTHING. That is why the cover is like it is. NOW YOU HAVE TO DO A VIDEO WHERE YOU DECORATE YOURS!!!!
Those sticker sheets were well laid out. You not only get to use the sticker, but you could totally cut those up and use the outside of the sticker as a border box, so you get double the use out of them.
I want to try those gel pens! But honestly, I could have watched you play with that glitter cover for another 30 minutes. It was even fun to watch someone else play with it!😆
I was torn between the Holiday set and the subscription set but I went with the subscription one. I like the cover cuz my journals get furry from pets but also I don't think the glitter cover would be a great idea with cats... 🤔😖 I definitely want to try out the gel pens someday. Thanks for sharing. 😊
wow they were really very colorful. I'm a pretty color shy person but I loved the bullet journal itself. Wondering if you can use the edges that remain after the stickers to make a decorative edge around what you write? 🤔 For example, in a calendar you write the days of the week and paste the "frame" there. //C
I'm here for the gel pens and agree about needing a white. The journal itself is probably too bright for me but you neon people knock yourself out haha
