Hello! Test geometric cross-country cars. Geometric cross-country ability is a complex set of vehicle parameters that affect how the car will overcome various obstacles. In total, the video will have 5 different tests, namely:
- Angle of entry and rise
- Ramp angle and touch of the bottom of the car
- Car tipping angle
- Turning radius of cars
- Suspension movement

6:13 that is not 70°. More like 35°. The start of the ramp has to be where the centre point of the protractor is.
It's ramp angle not departure angle

@@potatocubes69 the ramp is still not at 70° from the ground. Just look at the protractor that he has next to the ramp. Even the line on it show's how steep 70° would really be. It would be like a wall.

If the tires would have enough grip, the car would flip. Maybe like 5 degrees more would be needed.

Exactly first really show anything other than the truck
Try to hook up a controller it would be an easy way to improve the smoothness of your vids
Or a wheel would be much better

1. Ground clearance ( Higher the car is from the ground, the higher the angle it can climb)
2. Rollover( higher center of gravity equals rollover at lower angles)
3. Same as 1
4. Suspension test( Partly similar to 1 and 3)
5. Turning circle/radius( Smaller radius means it can turn in tighter spaces)
The truck got the largest turning radius, the crossover got in between, and the coupe got the smallest.

I Loved how unlike your previous videos the First 2 experiments favored an agile and low slung car while the other 2 favored cars with better dynamic traction and better ground clearance while the last one was a neutral experiment. This gave equal chance to all the cars. Keep it up and I expect more videos in the future! :)

Awesome tests, especially the ones with the Approach and Ramp Angles! Great for finding out how much actual clearance crossovers have!
But what is that weird mod? I only know the protractor part of it but the ramp part is absolutely unknown to me! But then again, I haven't used this protractor, I just see it every time I cross the car/prop board to choose a car! Can you turn it into anything, with any prop you want?
Hi, thank so much ;) this mod with ramp and protractor is standard, by default in the game, I think that you can do something or change it, but I’m not developing mods and I can't change it, unfortunately.

Yep, I found this out since I wrote the comment! It's a standard ramp with rolling pins for testing the drivelines of the cars and I can place the protractor right next to it! I guess I only noticed the new car and revised Small Island USA at first!

The Gavril has great suspension travel
Funny story, when I went to my dad‘s dad‘s house (not a typo) to collect his stuff because he had died. He had a muscle car, on like the sixth day we got it up on the ramp and the tail pipes fell off, I don’t think the car has that good of geometric passability, especially considering it’s (very) worn out suspension

Hey... Why u don't removed bumpers from SBR in tests ?
Do you remove your bumper in real life? If he removed the bumper for the sbr he would also meed to remove bumper for every other car to keep results consistent. Moral of story, removing bumper may have increased angle result. However that's complete bullshit as no one is gonna go around removing their bumper before they go up an incline
