Funny that this legend doesn’t have his hands, neck and face tattooed but a suggested video below it has an ‘apprentice tattooer’ offering portfolio advice and the thumbnail shows a 20 year old kid with face, neck and hands done!

Under his shirt his whole body and legs are covered with old american style tatoos. Back in the day people prefer to cover them with clothes and showing them when ever they want.

Yeah it's ironic that the hands, face, and neck were seen as badges of honor because you had no canvas left but those areas. Now it's the first place people get them. To each their own.
