I love Veldora. He's a true dragon and a huge Chad but he believes in Rimuru 100% and trusts in anything he says. Even though he's tens of thousands years old, a 40 year old Rimuru still acts like the big brother to him.
Well, when rimuru promised to break the prison seal that locked veldora, veldora accepted it and expected that it'll take rimuru a very long time, like a decade or more, to do it, but rimuru was able to free veldora much faster than anticipated. Ofcourse veldora would be very appreciative and respectful of rimuru. Not to mention he get to enjoy his life while rimuru is around...

Veldora is thousands of years old but acts like a kid and younger brother to Rimuru who's around 40 between both lives. Milim and Ramiris are the same. You have all these ancient powerful beings and Rimuru is the one who has to act like the adult with them.
@@MFD00MTR33 well, those people were powerful spoiled brats. So, they never did matured even they lived a long life. Only until rimuru came they somehow started developing and learning some maturity...

They looked out after those 3 for thousands of years and tried to make them behave and be more mature with no success. Then a slime comes along and in 3 years does what they couldn't do. Plus they like Rimuru more and would rather spend time with him.😂
