  • Just me showing off the super EDC Dfly 2 by Spyderco. Also showing some uses of it, and really any pocketknife. You should always carry one, in my opinion. Handiest tool known to mankind.

    *I have never seen a review video that completely sold a knife before. Hell I've never seen a infomercial that so motivated me to want to buy a product before. You sir are a genius and spyderco should pay you for a video that sells the dragonfly like this does. I'm ordering one now. I salute you.*

      For what it's worth, as helpful as the video is, it doesn't do the knife justice. I own a DF2 SS Tattoo version. It is a BEAST of a knife. The video can't show you how the lock feels. There are better knives for various things for sure, but damn...for a 2 inch blade with a solid lockup, it is one very sharp, very solid piece of steel. Also for what it's worth, I have heard people say that VG10 doesn't hold an edge. Does it LOOK like it doesn't hold an edge? Mine is still razor sharp after like 10 years, and while it's not my edc, it is my go to at home. Got in some dude's car one time, and he showed me the huge knife he kept under his seat. Thing looked like a short sword. I was like...gee...all I have is this. Pulled out the DF2 and SNAPPED it open. Which do you think would do more damage? My money's on the DF2.

      Sean Jackson Nice. I hope you like it. No, to the Spydiechef. It’s ugly, it’s a frame lock, it’s got a back slanted blade, and ridiculously expensive. Not my thing at all.

    My dad loves this damn knife...he just sent me this video. I always thought it too small to become my EDC of choice but damn, I got one and sure enough this thing is incredible. I can't go back now. It's SO light and the design is, in my opinion, perfect. Long live the dragonfly 2

    I got a ladybug 3 in that sprint run steel V-Toku2. I just got it today. The ladybug is a bit too small, at least it is for me. I wish they had the Dragonfly out in that steel. I think the Dragonfly is one of the best spydercos out there. Too bad Spyderco doesn't offer a blade replacement service like Benchmade does. I have one Dragonfly that has worn down considerably. What do you think of the VG-10 steel? You probably use that steel, or similar in food prep, since VG-10 was made for kitchen knives.

    • @MrTomatoManJL
      @MrTomatoManJL  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1
