When researching PM tools, could you please also add a few comments on their Gannt charting abilities? Do they have milestone marking features (real milestones, not the way, for example, Zoho Projects handles them, i.e., phase management)? Do they have baseline/critical path/slack tracking features? Do they have a general timeline viewing feature? Also, can resource management (if they have any) be integrated into the Gannt charts?
Btw, Zoho Projects has all of these features (except a real milestone feature), but the way they handle them still makes you cringe a little bit. Their baseline/slack tracking feature is a half-baked solution. Their Analytics/Reporting tool has only the basic capabilities and heavily relies on a Zoho Analytics integration for much better and more advanced reports. Also, being able to create project/task templates, present pre-built templates, and customize project-task layouts (which are present in Zoho Projects) are other "must have" features. I'm still not 100% in flow with Zoho Projects. Clickup seems to be a very capable tool that unfortunately lacks some of these features. I'm still looking for a better (and feasible) solution, even after living almost for 5 years with Zoho Projects. I can't get enough of inspecting alternatives.
Do you have an updated review of Taskade coming? The progress with agents, agents teams and automation seem incredible, but I'm having a hard time finding recent reviews. Loved your content for a while, had to unsub because I was switching too often ha. My task management and email tools were picked thanks to your videos. 18 months in, I know am feeling some of the boundaries. Thanks for your work and website!
Hi, thanks for the video. Quick pick of your brain if I can. I run a team that repeats the same projects on an annual cycle, we are in education. I am looking for an effective way to show what needs to happen when, can you recommend any good platforms for this? Should I just try and build out a Google Sheet?

What do you think of Motion?
Lame due to the name. Could they not have thought of a different name, Motion/Notion what about Monday/Friday or Ticktick/Tickytick🤣🤣🤣
@@cameron599 fair haha. Their theme is also black and white like Notion. The app seems great tho.
