During quarantine I got really depressed about my weight (even though I was really underweight). Natalie, your like a big sister :) This made my day 100 times better

I was very sad with my weight because before lock down started I was 85 pounds now I am 94 pounds so when I went to my doctor to do my physical test my doctor said your weight it good I was in shock
12:50 everything natalie said there, what girls feel and wanting attention and validation, that is a super heavy aura in the teen community, being pressured to stay skinny and have a flat stomach all while being 13 -18 and immature and the most self conscious. it's a cruel reality and very hars to escape the horrors of sub conscious teen weight pressure
so true!!! Society wants such weird standards for young women. I think almost no women have a completely flat stomach without fat. We need some fat to move! and its bad for your uterus to have a completely flat stomach

I am like a size 32 b and throughout my battle with anorexia I have learned to love my body I still am struggling but I am learning to love my boobs, butt, and stomach it’s been hard with the toxic relationship but whenever I wonder if my relationships are healthy I look here❤️

I overcome jealousy by focusing on the big picture of life. Trying to understand that we all are here for our own purposes, efforts and accomplishments. Nobody can take what will be yours, mine or anyone else’s. I also try to ask myself what I’m feeling, and if the answer to that is jealousy, I know it’s time to let go. God always has the better planned. my first period story: so I was in 5th grade and my birthday was in a week and I was very excited to be 11 but little did I know I would HATE what was coming. we had just got in from lunch and I sat next to who is one of my good friends now, I was in much pain in my stomach and I had gone to the bathroom cause I thought it was number 2 so I went to the bathroom and nothing was there so I was really just confused and I went back to the classroom but then it came to the point where I couldn't even walk so I went to my teacher and he gave me a nurse pass so I went down and she mentioned periods and I freaked out so I started to cry and she called my mom to come to pick me up. but my choir had a performance and it was pretty ideal that I was there, we were going to sing the national anthem and I'm not trying to brag or anything but I am a very good singer and my choir teacher put ME in front of the microphone and at the hockey game, I got to sit next to my crush!!! but that's a whole different story but all the girls were asking me what happened and if it was my period and I said Uhm I don't think so but in the middle of the game I went to the bathroom, I'm sure you can guess what happened next, i ran to my stepmom and told her then she got me a pad from her purse and i put it on and i told all of my friends and ya lol that's it, i love girl talk

my first period story: so I was in 5th grade and my birthday was in a week and I was very excited to be 11 but little did I know I would HATE what was coming. we had just got in from lunch and I sat next to who is one of my good friends now, I was in much pain in my stomach and I had gone to the bathroom cause I thought it was number 2 so I went to the bathroom and nothing was there so I was really just confused and I went back to the classroom but then it came to the point where I couldn't even walk so I went to my teacher and he gave me a nurse pass so I went down and she mentioned periods and I freaked out so I started to cry and she called my mom to come to pick me up. but my choir had a performance and it was pretty ideal that I was there, we were going to sing the national anthem and I'm not trying to brag or anything but I am a very good singer and my choir teacher put ME in front of the microphone and at the hockey game, I got to sit next to my crush!!! but that's a whole different story but all the girls were asking me what happened and if it was my period and I said Uhm I don't think so but in the middle of the game I went to the bathroom, I'm sure you can guess what happened next, i ran to my stepmom and told her then she got me a pad from her purse and i put it on and i told all of my friends and ya lol that's it, i love girl talk

Ever since My first day of school started (this was WAYYYY before quarantine) I've always been depressed about my weight, because all of the other girls in my school were quite small, but now ever since I started watching Natalie's youtube videos, and now I realise that comparing yourself with other people is wrong, and now I have been loving myself non-stop
