Is it accurate to say that in dual motor mode on gear 1, you'd have faster acceleration and be limited to around 10mph, and with gear 2 around 15mph? My wife has zero interest in doing 20+ but she likes quick acceleration. This scooter seems to check off all of her boxes. Is it also accurate to say that staying in gear 1 or 2 the battery range would be towards the middle range of the advertised distance capabilities?

Don’t know why they can’t sell a thumb throttle like the one they give you as an add on if you purchase the Mantis x plus. The finger throttles give me finger cramps and find it uncomfortable to use.
He seems to not fully understand how the signals work. He set both the left and right turn signals on and then never switched them off. The lower headlamp and the taillight are the 'turn signals'. There is a main headlamp mounted higher at the handlebars.
@@andrewdbach1 both the turn signals and headlamps were on just to demonstrate how they look. I am fully aware of how the buttons work for each of the signals. I also had them on throughout the video for visibility. As drivers are careless. Don’t assume people don’t understand…😂
i have the kabbo mantis 8 and have put 600 km on it and its great im on the lighter side and i reach 27 mph on it its a very stable scooter

I bought the European version of Kaabo 8 with 2x800W motors for $1,500. With such small wheels it pulls like a horse, 35-37 mph. Even up a steep hill.
My wife is around 100 lbs, would that be enough weight for the suspension to work? It did not flex much for you even when jumping on it (@ @ 4:30).

have almost 500 miles on it and it’s still pretty stiff i’m like 130lbs

The range and speed Just aren’t worth it for the money. I think this is the only price point gotrax has them beat at
the locking mechanism is cumbersome and kinda stupid.
