Hi there, i have a little Project Studio build by my self and i'm a Guitarist for over 35 Years, thats the reason why i do that, also to record my Music. Sometimes i record other Musicans. I Buy for that Samplitude Pro X and a Behringer X32. Every Time im sit on my console and Mix something, i learn something...but this Video here is very very helpful, Thank you for this very nice Information, makeing Transients to Midi Trigger is a Burner!!! I use many Years Cubase...i think i never will use Cubase again, that Samplitude Software is very good, for more than one Reason. I make a Abo of your Account, maybe i find some other Helpful Video Clips! Bye and Thanks Mate!
your tutorials are really helpful as always, thank you ! I'm hoping to go through your tutorial about the use of BeatMarkers and BeatMarkerStreching/Slicing, someday !!
Hello kraznet, I'm finding your videos very informative/useful. I'm aiming to eventually ditch my 10 year love/hate relationship with Pro Tools as personally I despise what AVID have become. So won't be going higher than v9 or "upgrading". A good few other friends I know from KVR are Samp user's so I'm checking features first, Its looking very favourable. Again thanks for all the straight up guides/feature coverage. Dean
Actually I found a way to do so within the markers dialoge. It even lets me listen to each slice in isolation, quite unique feature. Unfortunately limited to millisecond resolution, snap to zero crossing would be useful here.
Ok, i got it i think so....i testify with the "Universal" Option and Magnetic Quantize with 32" .... that work fine for my Bass Drum Kick! All other Options i left default! The Snare, i use here again "Universal" Option, but the Tom i choose the "Percussive" Option, otherwise he dedect the Crymbals too on the Toms Track... - I work 2 hours to move the AQ-Markers manually...and then something strange...Oh Hell, i think...and then i test the "Universal Option"...so i got now my Tracks ... now i will check out how it Sounds, i do that with "Fast-Metal-Drums"! Nevertheless Thank You!
Hi Rob try this. Press Y and go to Effects> Resampling/Bouncing and under "Freeze Options" choose "Keep Mono if possible".Having that option ticked should mean that any mono tracks that are glued should remain mono.

Currently you can adjust markers from within the wave editor but at this time you can't add Q markers manually.

Nevermind, found the markers dialog. How would you suggest defining AQ markers manually?
Every time I glue a track it makes it stereo. I can’t figure out why
