- Taggers and squatters continue to target a multi-million-dollar mansion in the Hollywood Hills that neighbors say has been vacant for more than two years.

Who in their right mind would make a law that anyone that rents a place or walks into a vacant home can TAKE IT OVER as if it's theirs? Seriously. When your state is writing laws against the good public, you need to force change somehow or move away

You're exactly right. low income or even senior housing. I often feel that way about all the Mega Malls that have gone the way of the dinosaurs. They could have even used Malls for stadiums instead of booting residents to the streets and claiming their homes.

This is a based activity, these artists are calling attention to derelict properties in multimillion dollar neighborhoods while people starve on the streets. Meanwhile the landlord is able to leverage his wealth and flee his responsibility, not even named in this report but the artists give full interviews.
If it is such painting art. Put it on a canvas. This graffiti is the low point when it comes to art.
