What's the story behind the child trying to score? Why was he given a chance? Just like that or was there some other reason?

in Hungary, you can basically buy a kick-off, which means before the first or the second half, you go on the pitch, pass the ball to your favourite player and then you go off. The Kid just took his chance to score.
