I agree with you sir, I had same experience with my Ford Figo. Pls don't do injector service and wasting money. Better replace with a new one. Thanks for the awareness video.

Exactly, Injectors are not serviceable. Even I serviced my Ford fiesta injectors twice and I developed more and more problems because of that. I lost power and mileage and had mild knocking sound with engine vibration. With budget constraints I had to go for used injectors and my power restored upto 75% but mileage is still low although it’s better than before. I am coming to you soon sir for proper diagnosis.

after servicing injectors we need to feed injector coding to the ecm I faced same kind of issue spent almost 10k to check what's the problem. Some one suggested me to do injector coding, also they gave th number so I took my car to the service center he just feed the numbers on ecm, all of the sudden my car came to normal and engine vibrations are gone. Even with new injectors replaced we have to feed the data to the ECM the. Only the engine will behave normal.

Guys my car new piston and valves crank all items replaced in engine but finally injectors after service fitted in engine but too much knocking amd white smoke came but that delphi injectros engineer is waste candidate he was saying to buy new injctrs but I tried at other with coding then problem solved try on same 2,3 times coding until knock reduce later if u see white smoke change injector washer that round small part of injector and try to fit bolts of inject less hard then problm solves... Smoke depends on how you adjust bolt... Really i have suffred much bcz no one helped me finally i only corrected my car now wrking fine

Its not Kappa Engine.its T Board Vechicle 1.2ltr Diesel Engine unit from Hyundai. Claims good Milege and gud Power. Personally once i drove it. Good Vechicle but Owner seriyana maintenance panala nenikraen.
