A little challenging to read your scrolling text but glad you added it to the video notes too! I tend to not think about behaviour as 'rude' but rather either an indication of pain in the mouth/body or a memory of cues causing pain in the past. The only reason I mention this is because humans can be very punitive with horses, but when we change our language it changes the energy we are offering the horse and it builds trust because they feel that we are seeking to show them we are helping them find comfort in the right answer and not just to avoid discomfort and a feeling they are doing something wrong. It's subtle stuff and makes a difference for me so not really a critique Paul. Just a refinement in MY OWN MIND that helps me be clearer :-)
