I’m a pca . Don’t know much about healthcare. I started in November working at the hospital, nights, full time. And I got 2 wrong 🙌🏻 just because I didn’t know the terminology for the two questions but not bad! I’m so happy I get that lil extra practice before I start my cna path! I’m still thinking about it because I feel like here In Oregon as a patient care attendant you get started at $17 but if you have experience you start at $19. And from what Iv heard from cna here that’s about the same starting rate. 😅 ($20 on avg for them) but I’m leaning towards doing it because I want to have a home base at the pmc (psych unit) hate being a float but it is what it is. Thank you so much for sharing this information! I appreciate it sooooo much! And I’ll definitely be on the look out for the next videos ! Love learning 🫶🏼

This feels like common sense... I'm type 1 diabetic and the only reason I got the "hyper" question right is because I am diabetic. Hyper vs hypo. I just want you to know. I have a major surgery on March 1st... then I start class March 18th. I don't want to brag but I only got one of your questions wrong. I'm more worried about the physical exam. I'm 24 and switching fields. Half is due to needing good insurance, the other half is the fact marketing has sh*t insurance. Also, my mom and step dad are this field. I hope I can do good. edit: I know you dont get much views, but this has been super helpful.
It’s not that the test is hard it’s just that there’s probably like more than 200 plus question and you don’t know what questions on the test your gonna get! That’s what happened to me I studied hard and failed my first attempt. Gonna take it again tomorrow for my second time wish me luck y’all 😩🫶🏼

Im just waiting to take my test but these people i sent my application to got the wrong location when i specifically mentioned which one i wanted. and they don’t even reply. Which is making it harder. Idk why its so had to become a cna

Is there a specific book on Amazon I can buy if I want like a head start to Practice on my cna state board exam? I don’t mind investing. I plan to pay out of pocket when I do go for my cna in about a year anyway. I hope by me working at the hospital for 1 yr will give me a lil boost to get a better starting rate when I officially start?? :)

i got a program called all health care careers its $24 a month but they have hella test and practice questions. similar to his also.
