- This is us, celebrating our little princess Sehnoor’s first lohri festival. Sehnoor is 10 months old and we would like to celebrate Dhiyan Di Lohri .
Lohri is a traditional function widely celebrated in the northern region of india, pakistan. It is usually celebrated for a new bride or a new born baby (mostly baby boy). The lohri is celebrated to embark the end of the winter season and starting of the longer days.

I think you can stop wasting money .. the money u wasted on first Lori can be given to any orphanage. I don’t think celebrating lohri for daughters can bring women empowerment. You as a couple should start doing some thing productive with your money. For poor people . I can’t believe ppl can watch these kind of videos and applaud. When will punjab think about their state’s progress ... you are an inspiration for youngsters in Punjab . So please motivate others to use their money for noble causes not for celebrations like these .
Sandeep Sohal i was also wondering by spending so much money they are not setting a good example for many people out there, it’s like a race among people these days who spends more, but on the other hand it’s their baby’s first Lohri.. after marriage every couple dreams of celebrations.. so we can’t stop people to celebrate if u know what I mean.
It's their money their choice just because you can't and are totally jealous doesn't mean that people can't spend on things they like if they have it they can spend it in whatever way they like.
