Money will help fill your stomach but not the void of your soul. Wealth is certainly a better place to be than poverty, that said the saying "too much of a good thing can be bad" still stands. There comes a point where you have so much money that oddly enough, peace of mind becomes a luxury that it cannot buy. Then there's the fruitless illusion that is the pursuit of vanity.
I learned the lesson that more money doesn't buy more happiness early. When were were married and in college, in our early 20's, my wife and I were scraping by on a couple of thousand a year, often eating baloney sandwiches and PBJ sandwiches. We had one crappy car, that barely ran but we were as happy as pigs in shit. A few years later, we were both out and bringing in ten times the money. But, I noticed that our happiness had not increased ten times. If anything, it had gone down some as the stress of work and long hours took their toll.
If you are struggling to make ends meet and constantly stressed about having enough money for basic items more money will make you happy. Not having to stress about how you are going to pay your bills is a huge weight off of your shoulders and gives you time and resources to pursue things that bring you joy.

I never had a lot of money, but I’d say money likely makes it easier to be happy. I think you can be happy with little money but you need to be much more mindful and appreciative and all those qualities. Because you can have a lot of money but not be appreciative and be unhappy, but it’s easier to be appreciative when you have the money. Money makes life easier but not necessarily happier depending on the person probably
We have less to none options left to be very happy without money. There are things you can do without money but In directly you still need money. Just pray that GOD gives you good health, wealth and keeps you humble to do a great things for humanity to make you crazy happy.

From experience, I noticed that when money is earned and needs are met. You can be very happy and focus on core things in life. If you're personality is to chase exotic things that really don't matter in life in the end you'll be miserable.
Money doesn't buy happiness. I've dealt with many very wealthy people and i can assure you this is true. To the doubters, you're partially correct - money can solve (many) problems and buy freedom/time. But, that's moreso meeting basic needs (remember Maslow), than the money itself. Having food/water/shelter/safety/security is incredibly important - yet - requires a certain amount of money. Once you've met those and acquired some, "wants" (like a reliable car, owning a home, having savings, providing well for kids, etc), that additional $ just is often a distraction and chasing a high. Thinking something will make you happy, only to realize it doesn't. And, it's on to the next. It/you never addressed the underlying cause. Trust me, I've had both.... When i woke up penniless i realized how amazing pb&j on the beach chatting with my daughter really was. But, indeed... Hard to be happy if the electric might get shut off tomorrow.
Australian/English Psychologist Dorothy Rowe who wrote a lot about Depression said that ……. ‘Life has no meaning other than what we give it’? I would say Life always has a Spiritual element then we have to give our lives meaning….. In my experience the most selfish tend to be the most unhappy and unfullfilled and that goes back to baby and childhood and not have ones needs for love, safety, care and food met……. Sadly……..and so it goes………

Not having to stress about how you are going to pay your bills is a huge weight off of your shoulders and gives you time and resources to pursue things that bring you joy.
amazing topic to discuss and fulfillment is the answer! great Polo at Vincent

Great points on attractive personalities and gratitude.
Energy buys money and happiness. Work on your energy and happiness and money will flow to you.
"Money may not buy happiness. But money can buy cows. And cows make milk. And milk makes ice cream, and ice cream 🍦 makes people happy. 😊
Thats because you guys have money . When your a single dad of three raising them on your own with no support no other side to help and only making about 30 a year it's a struggle just to keep the lights on being unhappy is part of my daily life .. if I had a little money I would be less stressed and was less unhappy so I don't by it
This guy literally just told a story about going to a restraunt and buying his kid a 300% meal. But yup single dad, you must somehow be a moral or attitude failure bc your struggling and not feeling happy.
This is such gilded age bull. The system is rigged against the working class!
Money doesn't give you happiness, well miserably doesn't either.
And the only people who says Money doesn't make you happy, only people with money say that. How about we switch bank accounts for life Hugh 😂😂😂😂 .
Great show ! 🎉 Thank you for your channel . ❤
Money will never buy happiness. It will make life easier; much easier, but, not necessarily more happy.
Literally life being “easier “ would make me happier
@@DustyRoadz You think that, but you'd be wrong.
@@MykeLewisMusic How so? I do understand the deeper meaning that money can’t buy true happiness, but would you deny that money can set up the circumstances for happiness? Guess that’s more of my thinking… truly interested in your thoughts
From experience, I noticed that when money is earned and needs are met. You can be very happy and focus on core things in life. If you're personality is to chase exotic things that really don't matter in life in the end you'll be miserable.
Past never cease to amaze
Money isn’t everything, it’s the Only thing!
The only time money brings happiness is when you give it away
This is unquestionable
This is really good wow
Never had money . Have enough to be comfortable now in my own lifestyle. Money can’t buy happiness but sure relieves stress . Stupid money I wld think cld be stressful though .
I was happy when i had money , i chased my dream till i failed, repaid my debt and would try again but the rules around my dream changed
It may not buy happiness, but it does buy you some peace
i would say money helps take the stress and worry about the essentials like food and roof over your head which then leads to happiness
What you are saying here, #Valuuetainment, depends on "Following One's Destiny" and "Being Ignorant of One's Destiny" and the majority of man are Schooled To Ignore Their Destiny" which is their destiny during most of our destinies. "We're In An Endless Cycle" and 80% of "Earthly" man are ignorant of where we are in Our Individual Cycle.
That lottery stuff you said is not always like that, because some lottery winner lost their mind doesn't mean that everybody is gonna do the same.
Money DOES buy happiness. But it doesn’t buy joy. Happiness is based on circumstances, joy isn’t. Joy is based on relationships. And the ultimate joy and relationship is found in Jesus Christ.
Success doesn’t give happiness. Immediately failure follows. Define happiness
Money buys more desires and desires and suffering go hand and hand
Like about 60 70 years ago it was not about money. It was family and happiness for most. Today enough is not enough for too many people. And great friends including relatives.😢😢😢
Even the rich and famous drown themselves in drugs or off themselves… money is a tool for freedom and leisure time it doesnt guarantee happiness… emotions are fleeting, happiness comes and goes… having a purpose and contributing to society allows life satisfaction and periodic happiness
Money don't buy happiness, but being broke buys nothing
FACTS!!!!!😊
