    Great images and tips! I didn't know about the PS statistics/median capability. I've done the approach of overlaying multiple images but, I've always manually masked out the people. That is great that PS can do this automatically. Thanks for the video!

      Thank you for the kind words regarding my images and tips! I found out about the PS technique years ago when I was visit Europe (2017 I believe). I was so annoyed with the people and one solution I found on PS was this method and I've used it ever since. Hope it will work for you too.

    always learn something new. That Photoshop feature for removing people is very cool. I've been doing that manually for a while now. Tilt shit lenses have always interested me. Most especially for shooting waterfalls close up. the parallax is very annoying. I'd like to see more.

    1st tip was new to me. PS has soooo many tools I don’t know about. 2nd one, ever go back and reapply the new LR noise reduction on the people image, then blend it again? Curious. Thanks.

    I wanted to ask you if these photos taken in public areas are all taken with a tripod. There are many cities that have rules when it comes to using a tripod, or more and more people don't like to see a tripod pointed at them with a camera. Have you had any problems with this issue ever or on a regular basis? How you deal with it? Cheers!

    I am new to your channel and I am enjoying it very much. This is a great video! I’m curious about your opinion on composition photography and whether or not photographers are responsible to communicate that it is a composition to clients prior to a sale? Thank you

    • @MattShannonPhoto
      @MattShannonPhoto  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Welcome to the channel, and thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you're enjoying the content.
      Regarding your question about composition photography, I believe transparency is key. I might not have it posted on my website all of the details of every image, but I do like being open about my process when a client asks or needs further detail. I find it more impressive hearing about all the work that went into one photograph. It also helps sell your work in my opinion. Every client I sell an image too likes telling friends and family how I took the photograph, when, with what camera, the struggles, the process to getting it on their wall....etc.
      Another photographer or artist might think differently. I hope that makes sense.

    • @timdavis1877
      @timdavis1877 16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You’re exactly right, it’s all about transparency. And about the story behind the photo. Virtually all of my purchased work has been done sold with face-to-face interaction when I can tell the story behind the photograph so that’s so true.
      Thank you
