I don’t mind WG wanting to make a better looking game , but still, blitz is a mobile game , ( originally) , I have been playing blitz since beginning 2015 . And I always changed my gadget accordingly because blitz is getting so demanding. I started with galaxy 2 , then galaxy 3 , then Note 4 , then I got a IPad mini 5 LTE and a Note 9, now I got an IPad mini 6 LTE . I might go for an IPad Pro . But I don’t see the reason. My mini is the best format to play when in subway, etc,… since I spent more money on better gadgets, I did reduce my in game MTX spending. When they introduced blitz for pc players , I was against it , that time I was a PRO player , we ended up 6th on Asia server blitz twisters cup in 2019. The only reason for WG to make blitz available on pc is for them to make money. I do also play sometimes on my pc wotblitz . But I stopped doing it . Because it is unfair MM. now, on Asian server I must enable the mixed controls mode, otherwise I m waiting 3 minutes to get into a game. The whole thing I’m saying here is that on Asian server you have lots of people with potato phones/tablets and not very good ISP providers . And then you have pc players with good graphic cards ,better connections, lower pings , 120fps and blasting around in blitz. So for me, the graphics aren’t important, but make it fair to all players, potato phones, tablets, Nintendo switch, old generation IPad , IPad Pro, GTX graphics cards nvidia… I mean it’s stupid to make pro mobile tournaments when you’re making a fng PC game in the end . World of tanks PC is dying out. Hence the reason WG invest a lot in blitz
Thanks for your detailed input :) This makes me wonder where blitz will be headed in regards to popularity among pc players, also in retards to tournaments that are currently mobile only. But luckily in tourneys and randoms you are in separate queues, at least most experienced players have "same control mode" activated. On the other hand it's also a fact that the mobile gaming market is getting increasingly competitive and if you've seen apples latest keynote, you could see the direction of bringing entire pc/ console games to modern high spec devices.
When i first saw the latest unreal engine i instantly thought about its application to tank games. Unfortunately it is too graphic intense for my old phone. But it would be ok on my laptop (but then i would rather have WOT or War thunder etc on it). It's an interesting development for some if blitz could be made to run using the new engine. (Btw, The demo is a poor example of what the engine can do - think of photographic/cinematic scenes, action and physics )
@@N9O🤣, I send greetings from Argentina, I am an active wot blitz player, the only problem we have here is that the wargaming servers are far away and they give us ping problems 🫠.
I really hope that WG is going to set up more servers for all the people in latam, Africa and the Middle East at some point. It's not like there wouldn't live anyone there :D
@@N9O Yes, we really need it, since we even have a new submarine cable that Google built that connects Argentina directly to the USA, but even so we still have that problem.
while this is like an awesome change. mobile players are not gonna be happy. their devices will combust within seconds. but yeah great addition imo and looking forward to all the other maps too. canal is my fav map also so this is great for me XDDDD
at the end of the teaser the letters 'U' and 'E' in that order are in a slightly different font, UE for Unreal Engine

Afaik Blitz already runs on UE4, this might be the upgrade to UE5

all that buff just for saying you have old ass devices? modern phones (not too many years old) can run the game good
You put the graphics to low, end of drama.
PC player naturaly will spend more in game compared to a kid that only owns a mobile phone.
