I think a big reason tower of hell failed as much as it did is because the devs weren’t ready for it. The game was really simple, it kind of hit them really fast, the game wasn’t really meant to have such a massive player base. That’s why the updates were so dry. It was meant for casual plays

Tower of Hell was like a very enjoyable game to play when Covid-19 came in. The downfall is they don't update a lot and added so much locals that aren't even fun any at this rate. I like how it used to be where the game was peaceful recently saw quite a few toxic people but not many. I'm hoping they make a comeback and don't be lazy for once.

What caused me to stop playing was the change of TTOH and the fact that at one point I was an incredible player who could do every shortcut but people kept finding more pixel-perfect ones which extremely demotivated me.

Man, Tower of hell for most of the people were just a game, but for some, it was just true emotions. This game just had such an aura and wonderful community behind it to keep the game so interesting and competitive everytime. The 1v1's, The races, Obstacle courses, Speedruns etc.. there were just so many things to do. But everything has it's own limits and i think the game itself showed it's maximum point after a few years. We never realised how bland it actually was behind the scenes and how it's the same thing everyday. Only if the developers and community had pushed in for a little more, we could have had a change with it but it is what it is. Sad to witness the fall but For everything, there's it's own conclusion and end. Just miss the moments of this 🤌🏼 anyways cqqp, we all miss you a lot man. The content every other week were just such a great time and fun. I think it's time for you to make a switch and come back better than ever with something fresh! Has more variety of gameplay to it 4. It is more challenging than ToH 5. The towers have measurement of difficulty The first tower to play should be Tower of Annoyingly Simple Trials, Any tower after Tower of Madness should be harder than Tower of Hell. Play Tower of Hecc (Basically Tower of Hell but in the game)
I remember triying to play the game cause I was bored one time, and the feel wasn’t the same. The game lost its aura and the fun. I still remember going on TH-camrs private servers and hopped in at the time they usually came. Oh the memories. All the tourneys I played through I got semi final all the time. All in all, I felt like the devs could’ve done something to revived the game like fixing the shift lock and send bugs, if that happened it would’ve felt more thrilling.
this video made me think of how i did in the tower hell before. I was only 11 at the time and the game made me not bored as always. Me and my friends had laughs and giggles trying to get the teal halo in the game because of how cool it is to wear one but eventually, because of this blue ptw halo we gave up and getting more bored cause of the other bad things that happends in tower of hell. Like i even got banned at that time that all my progress and hardworks were gone, i almost cried at that time and gave up playing it. But it will forever be part of my best memories of my life today and it will never begone..
I find it sad how Obren and uwuPyxl had to step down from Kiddies Tower of Hell (which was now under the hand of Jupiter_5/Jukereise, now known as Juke's/Jupiter's Towers of Hell) so they could focus on ToH. I genuinely wished that Obren and/or uwuPyxl actually considered adding more halos so people could have a reason to continue grinding. But nowadays, most spend their time in Obren's (now Juke's) game, jtoh, which is significantly better

I don’t know if you’ve heard of this game, but if you want to make more videos I suggest playing Juke’s Towers of Hell, it’s basically Tower of Hell but it actually gets good updates and has around 300 towers to beat. I think you would enjoy it.

This video game me a lot of memories. Since I started roblox in 2019 tower of hell was one of my first games that I actually “grinded”. I loved this game to the bottom of my heart and played for a while. Watching this video brought me back and helped me remembers my old favourite TH-camr likes Zep, Oofy, CMParmy, and you. i do miss playing on my old phone and being so inspired by other youtubers. it was the only game i played during lockdown and i managed to get teal, and blue halo and level 73 before everyone quit. i understand why most creaters quit but it made me sad seeing my favorite creators like, 2aney, pinkleaf, cqqp, and zepyxl quit. i wish it would grow again and the toh community would start posting again.
We all miss tower of hell man... I miss grinding for the halos and watching toh content. Then the developers ruined pretty much alot of the aspects. As I got familiar with the stages new stages kept coming and made it so much harder to grind the halos. And I do not like the fact *THE* Tower of hell got revamped. I was gonna try and complete 210 sections since I already Finished 169. They didnt give enough time man :( Also, Welcome back man!
The reason why the game is really important to me, is that 1) Same birthday, date and month 2) the first Roblox game I consistently played for a lot 3) My first private server bought here 4) the sensation of completing a tower is great 5) I started playing when I was really into Roblox (2020-2021) I still play a lot (though there are breaks in between). 😊 it’s sad that it is going downhill
it's really sad that tower of hell didn't credit juke's towers of hell AT ALL originally towers idea game from there but tower of hell became MUCH more popular personally for me tower of hell is really boring, new stages adding are really rare and most of the progression in tower of hell is getting faster. no too much skill involved (almost every stage is extremely easy) jtoh on the other hand, has new towers with cool ideas and co's, new areas releasing once in few months and being updated man i remember when tower of hell added fluffy booster which literally made everyone furry in the server

Yeah, around COVID-19 and after that, the game hit a high and with all the youtubers' free private servers, we would have huge amounts of experienced racers all around the community coming together to race, chill and chat. It was amazing while it lasted, I miss those days so much. I made so many new friends along the way and had so much fun improving at the game.
It is really sad to see a big og community has fallen and have no word from zepyxl, 2aney, truly pink, and Unlimited. I heard Unlimited quit his channel but not youtube it's nice seeing my favorite TH-camr uploading again and helped me out playing Tower of hell back in 2020 Long live the TOH community

Jtoh is the better game. Tower of Hell was the sister game. I don’t know why it needs more exposure when the devs are so lazy. Jtoh was going to survive longer since it is more replayable

I think most of us made content on this game, and it was fun, but it's really sad seeing all of the youtubers i got inspired from slowly quitting. Which also led me to quit and lose motivation. It was fun while it lasted.
the thing is the death caused toh less than 20k i dont think they can recover from this since everyone in the toh community quitted and started playing other games when halos were added i grinded so hard but after the growth i didnt get any single notification in a month if the content creators quit the community and the subscribers will quit too and if they added new stages that are so confusing everyone will quit toh thats what led to its downfall
This is why JToH is thriving. (JToH is what inspired ToH. Back in 2018. Obrentune or Kiddie_Cannon at the time was the owner of KToH but some unfortunate events happened in 3/3/2019 and now it switched owners. The owner of the game now is Jukereise or Jupiter_Five at the time. Hence JToH)

i think that tower of hell mainly died because of the people maturing and moving on with their lives. i mean, sitting still and grinding a basic obby game trying to figure out ideas all around it was kinda demotivating. most people in the toh community was just toxic in general, and all of those people moved on with their lives and stopped uploading, or started to play other games. since then, people haven't uploaded on their channels since tower of hell was basically the main content or *has* become the main content of their channel, plus roblox is really limited to games that will attract a certain community you want. a lot of people quit it, and nobody seems to be talking about this or where people have been. basically everybody has moved on, people have gotten busier with work or school, etc. or they just play other games like FPS shooters. people also ran out of ideas since every channel has tried to come up with their own original ideas, leaving there to be no more left. overall, toh was a wild and hype community back then, i enjoyed the nostalgia.

I used to play this game all the time. But like u said, it got money hungry and boring. The developers are kinda lazy. I don’t really know how to build stuff. But if they updated it more instead of making a drought for months without updates, people wouldn’t be mad. And when they do update it, it’s something the community never really wanted. Like the new lobby. The old one was just fine. And they updated the level amount.

Toh all started because of the game jtoh (at the time it was ktoh) the co owner of tower of hell (orbentube) made jtoh (the real name was ktoh) in 2016. A few years later he quit and got pressured of making the game sk he decided to make toh with pyxl dev. He kicks people who play jtoh but now he didn't kick players anymore

I don’t know if you’ve heard of this game, but if you want to make more videos I suggest playing Juke’s Towers of Hell, it’s basically Tower of Hell but it actually gets good updates and has around 300 towers to beat. I think you would enjoy it.

to me, tower of hell turbocharged my way to nostalgia. im now here, seeing the nostalgia, crying inside. im mow a pianist learning jazz, and i will never forget this community! great stuff cq, like all the other peeps like zep, oofy and all, yall still great! but now, its just a memory.

This video game me a lot of memories. Since I started roblox in 2019 tower of hell was one of my first games that I actually “grinded”. I loved this game to the bottom of my heart and played for a while. Watching this video brought me back and helped me remembers my old favourite TH-camr likes Zep, Oofy, CMParmy, and you. I thank you for making this video and giving me nostalgia.

Toh is a dead game
i do miss playing on my old phone and being so inspired by other youtubers. it was the only game i played during lockdown and i managed to get teal, and blue halo and level 73 before everyone quit. i understand why most creaters quit but it made me sad seeing my favorite creators like, 2aney, pinkleaf, cqqp, and zepyxl quit. i wish it would grow again and the toh community would start posting again.
We all miss tower of hell man... I miss grinding for the halos and watching toh content. Then the developers ruined pretty much alot of the aspects. As I got familiar with the stages new stages kept coming and made it so much harder to grind the halos. And I do not like the fact *THE* Tower of hell got revamped. I was gonna try and complete 210 sections since I already Finished 169. They didnt give enough time man :(

The reason why the game is really important to me, is that
1) Same birthday, date and month
2) the first Roblox game I consistently played for a lot
3) My first private server bought here
4) the sensation of completing a tower is great
5) I started playing when I was really into Roblox (2020-2021)
I still play a lot (though there are breaks in between). 😊 it’s sad that it is going downhill

originally towers idea game from there but tower of hell became MUCH more popular
personally for me tower of hell is really boring, new stages adding are really rare and most of the progression in tower of hell is getting faster.
no too much skill involved (almost every stage is extremely easy)
jtoh on the other hand, has new towers with cool ideas and co's, new areas releasing once in few months and being updated
man i remember when tower of hell added fluffy booster which literally made everyone furry in the server

Yeah, around COVID-19 and after that, the game hit a high and with all the youtubers' free private servers, we would have huge amounts of experienced racers all around the community coming together to race, chill and chat. It was amazing while it lasted, I miss those days so much. I made so many new friends along the way and had so much fun improving at the game.

Jtoh is the better game. Tower of Hell was the sister game. I don’t know why it needs more exposure when the devs are so lazy. Jtoh was going to survive longer since it is more replayable

I think most of us made content on this game, and it was fun, but it's really sad seeing all of the youtubers i got inspired from slowly quitting. Which also led me to quit and lose motivation. It was fun while it lasted.
the thing is the death caused toh less than 20k i dont think they can recover from this since everyone in the toh community quitted and started playing other games when halos were added i grinded so hard but after the growth i didnt get any single notification in a month if the content creators quit the community and the subscribers will quit too and if they added new stages that are so confusing everyone will quit toh thats what led to its downfall
This is why JToH is thriving. (JToH is what inspired ToH. Back in 2018. Obrentune or Kiddie_Cannon at the time was the owner of KToH but some unfortunate events happened in 3/3/2019 and now it switched owners. The owner of the game now is Jukereise or Jupiter_Five at the time. Hence JToH)

the community in question:
i think that tower of hell mainly died because of the people maturing and moving on with their lives. i mean, sitting still and grinding a basic obby game trying to figure out ideas all around it was kinda demotivating. most people in the toh community was just toxic in general, and all of those people moved on with their lives and stopped uploading, or started to play other games. since then, people haven't uploaded on their channels since tower of hell was basically the main content or *has* become the main content of their channel, plus roblox is really limited to games that will attract a certain community you want. a lot of people quit it, and nobody seems to be talking about this or where people have been. basically everybody has moved on, people have gotten busier with work or school, etc. or they just play other games like FPS shooters. people also ran out of ideas since every channel has tried to come up with their own original ideas, leaving there to be no more left. overall, toh was a wild and hype community back then, i enjoyed the nostalgia.
so sad nowadays our favorite toh players stopped posting.. I think in 2026 will be the end of toh
this is sad😥 i remember in 2020 when I was so exited playing it and bought 5k robux to spend on it and tried to get blue halo. now that I look back.. it was a waste of robux.

I used to play this game all the time. But like u said, it got money hungry and boring. The developers are kinda lazy. I don’t really know how to build stuff. But if they updated it more instead of making a drought for months without updates, people wouldn’t be mad. And when they do update it, it’s something the community never really wanted. Like the new lobby. The old one was just fine. And they updated the level amount.

Toh all started because of the game jtoh (at the time it was ktoh) the co owner of tower of hell (orbentube) made jtoh (the real name was ktoh) in 2016. A few years later he quit and got pressured of making the game sk he decided to make toh with pyxl dev. He kicks people who play jtoh but now he didn't kick players anymore
