I have NEVER, been EVEN CLOSE to has proud and happy and satisfied as I've been since Big Gretch stepped into office. And trust me: Politically, I am about as cynical as can be. Heh. But Gov. Gretchen definitely gives me hope. :)
Great show! I live in Michigan and in my opinion, she is the best governor in my lifetime. Governor Whitmere: If you get offered a cabinet post under President K. Harris could you ask to be appointed to the Secretary of Education. From 2001-2021 the dept. of Education has had significant set backs through the US Supreme Court and basically most of the south have diverted funds meant for public education over to private businesses and schools of faith or “Private Schools” as they say. Americans need to understand what the dept of education does and where the money flows. Furthermore, you can show off some of Michigans best public Schools. Thanks for reading

Gretchen Whitmer has been my favorite governors of all time - she has great vision & she knows how to git’r done. But I really wish that her nickname was anything else. It sounds too much like “Big Wretch” (as in puke), which is really unfortunate. But the fact that she doesn’t let it bother her, and even embraces it, is just another indication that she’s confident, has a thick skin, she’s tough, she’s positive, and focused on the things that really matter. I’m proud to have Big Gretch as our governor!
I am a grandmother, and I love how she made it possible for all children in Michigan to have free lunch in our schools. I love , love, Love how big Gretch stood up to those bullies when they tried to break her spirit. Big Gretch has strength, integrity and beauty. ❤💪

Unless she runs against our sitting Democratic Senator she doesn't have an elected position she can advance to in the state. Her only other choice, besides going into the private sector, would be to do the three office shuffle with our Secretary of State and AG, two other excellent women leaders that have gained national attention over the last eight years. Time will tell. But she is a talent that should not be wasted. I don't know about other states, but right now Michigan has three of the most articulate and capable Democratic leaders in the nation in Whitmer, Nessel, Benson and Buttigieg all living within our borders
