I've follwed you since the beginning, long before the collabs with Claire Michelle, Stella and Sonya, Robbie, Alyse, Cami.... and the growth both spiritual and mental has been so beautiful to watch. And i am so so glad youre still vegan and not straying like so many of the other OG 2016 influencers. It makes me relate tl you so much more as another avid Vegan, and as a semi pro athlete with a minor in nutrition and human health and holisitcs I love seeing your insights on all things health, diet, fitness and spirituality.
I did my YTT in India a few month ago and I can really relate to what you said. It was a truly transformative experience for me as well. Do you have any tips on how to implement that mindset into everyday life? That’s what I am struggling with back at home atm :/
The biggest thing I feel is important is to make the decision that you will do it. So much easier said than done, but when you decide “I WILL” not “I will TRY”, your schedule follows Then you have to be dedicated to creating a daily schedule with a time slot to actually do the practice daily or else it won’t happen by itself. The easy and automatic way of life these days is to put all our self care practices last…. When we “have time.” But you’ll only have time if you make time! If you were my client in FWP I’d definitely dive deeper with you and help figure out an action plan for making these routines work - it’s a staple in what we do. But this is what I can offer you with the context I have right now ❤
