I love your work, still waiting on something that has a powder room and a small foyer. I hate it when front doors enter directly in the livingroom and besides from sleeping guest, they have no need to be in a private space where the family does their daily things in my opinion.
How much the blue print for this if ask you to copy this just for 2 Bedrooms , 1 master bedroom amd guest room plus the laundry room the size is the same
