This band gets more talented and more diverse every album. You have to love how they are not one dimensional and explore all genres of music.
I only discovered Highly Suspect a few months ago. Very quickly, Serotonia became one of my most played songs. I started watching a lot of live shows. I listen to all sorts of music, but I grew up in metal bands, and my teens and 20's was mostly metal. Nowadays, I am in an original blues band. I still love my metal music, and there was something about Highly Suspect that seemed at first to be not my style of music - perhaps a little on the pop/mainstream side of sounds, but it just seemed to have something more. Darker, heavier, more intelligent. I was very excited to randomly see this was uploaded just an hour ago. I was pleasantly surprised to hear how heavy it was - but at the same time, not entirely surprising either, and also right up my street. Love this track and this direction so much. It's a testament to them just how versatile and original they are. Keep going, and thank you so much for the great, original, fresh, music. Cheers from Ireland. Peace.

The amount of times I have replayed Serotonia should be worrying! But every time it comes up on the side again boom got to play it. It is 100% my favourite of theirs and imo they haven't had anything similar since, that was when he looked the best too, VERY different to now. I still love all their songs but nothing comes close to Serotonia. That hits different
@@IcedKatana I would be inclined to agree. I think most of the respect I have for them, and the reason I've gave all their other material a chance, was because of just how swept away I was by Serotonia. It literally keeps getting better and better.

These guys rocked at The Eastern in Atlanta. My kids 17 and 15 first concert and it is my boyfriends favorite modern band of all ,and now they are forever cherished for so many reasons. His son just died last night and we got to experience such a sweet blended family moment before this tragedy and we are using this music all of it in this grieving process as we travel for 30 more hours more of a road trip.
So sick, absolutely killed it. Get that new album out NOW I just can’t wait !

This is my favorite song off the new album. This album is a roller coaster for me though honestly, It has some great songs, and then some really mid songs. I love the first two albums, and MCID was a tragedy to me but this album is a step in the right direction. Damn I miss their blues sound though

@@songsthatarecatchyMCID attempted to be experimental and new but it didn't hit the mark and was incredibly disappointing IMO. Everyone has different tastes but MCID was a massive failure from a songwriting and production standpoint w the sole exception of 16 and upperdrugs

I remember catching them in Austin in… ‘14? Opening for Chevelle when they were promoting La Garagola. Such an amazing show. I remember HS basically going from nobody to somebody overnight after that tour.

I love bands that bridge different genres! I much prefer the heavier metal side as I prefer watching bands live and it transcends better on stage. But also love urban hip hop songs and how they integrate them. Makes albums way more interesting. They're one of the best current bands I've seen live!
