Most singers who use pitch correction can sing very much in tune, probably more than Emeri. The problem is that their audience is tasteless and prefers the wrecked timbre of digital artifacts.
Completely blown away by Emery's performance. You know the real deal when you see/hear it. I was crying. I live for things like this. I believed every word she sang. That's when you know there's greatness. Great channel Jerry! I love what you do...

Who would believe towel clamps could be so versatile? My dear departed mother (a surgical RN back in the 30's and 40's ) used one for dipping cherries and strawberries in melted chocolate. A truly versatile tool in the hands of intelligent and thoughtful folks.

OH my goodness. Tears in my eyes. I love Caledonia is one of my favourite songs. So apt for a guitar bound for Scotland and Emeri's version was fabulous, she has such a terrific voice.

There are many other avenues for talented musicians and singers now days. I hope she can find a niche that suits her. I hosted Dougie when he played a concert in northern Alberta in 1982. I drove him from Grand Prairie to Peace River in the dead of winter at -30. Great memories of those days.
Not heard that song for year's not since my folk club days remembered almost every word . Thank you Jerry , but mostly thank you Emory nostalgia is better than ever appropriate song . I'm away to dig out my 12 string❤️
Emeri has perfect pitch! She doesn't go off key a single time. Yeah she could hold her own onstage with Allison, and Rhonda Vincent too. Its not too often Ive heard anybody that I would say could do that. Thanks Emeri and Mr. Jerry!

Wow that really hit home. Emeri did a great job on that song. I met Dougie in the old town school of folk music in Chicago. There is a music store in the building and before the show he was plucking on a banjo behind a rack of music books. He said if you wanna get a good banjo you have to come to the states. On another note Alison Krauss is a family friend. My dad played guitar in her band when they were classified grass. You can youtube it.🙂
