Overall if you're on a budget, I recommend going to Starfish Varadero and booking a bungalow. The entertainment is good, the food is seasoned, and there are plenty of options to eat. DO NOT stay at Iberostar Bella Vista however, if enjoyable food is important for you on vacation. The check-in at Iberostar Bella Vista was also a nightmare as we waited 4 hours for the room to be cleaned then were given dirty sheets with hair and stains. When we requested another room we told there's only 1 left and were given a key to a random room to visit unaccompanied. When we got to that room there were guests already in there!!! We finally got upset and a new room with clean sheets suddenly and MAGICALLY became available. The sheets were filthy and the front desk was unprofessional at times. We changed rooms and eventually changed hotels. It was an eventfully first day at Iberostar - with the bad check-in and bad, barely cooked, unseasoned meat we ended up moving to Starfish Varadero.

Havana Day Trip | 17:09
DO: Book a classic car tour to Havana with HC Tours with a photoshoot. It was about $300 plus food/snacks for the family and well worth it! We were driven to Havana in a hardtop air conditioned vintage Chevy with a phenomenal and knowledgeable your guide. We had a photoshoot, convertible car tour of the city in a '52 Chevy Belair and a walking tour of Old Havana after stopping for lunch at an authentic Cuban restaurant. Find HC Tours on Google or Trip Advisor - they're very responsive by email. If you have any questions hit me up in the comments below.

Books week. There's plenty to do off resort like booking the Jeep Safari and snorkeling tour,exploring the caves. Look out for my next video on part 2.
