Ok but the man with the level 3 “Smaller slug” at 24:19 deserves some respect.
Been having fun tracking the effect of some decisions I think are "bad." In case anyone's curious, Nl buying the blowfish before selling the Duck in the first game led to a loss on round five instead of at least a draw, a draw on round 7 instead of a win, and a loss on round 9 instead of a win. None of this mattered in the end.
Lmao, the ending of this comment caught me off guard. But yeah I've done that a lot where in the back of my head, I remember what affect some of NLs mistakes had on the rounds

I was so confused, that last team had a slug that didn't spawn any further slugs...so I checked again and it was a LEVEL THREE SMALLEST SLUG LMAO
Probably just going for the hidden achievement. You get some wonky looking teams when achievement hunting. I got my level 3 zombie cricket yesterday

@@shlomoshlomo963 nope. Been getting an average of 2 lvl3 badge achievements per game and have lost like two games total. I got around 25 achievements this weekly. So definitely not true that you can't always make optimal plays.

For the optician/optometry eyeglass question, whoever does your exam will bend over backwards for you if you also get materials with them. If you take your prescription elsewhere, dont go back to your examining professional for any glasses adjustments. Go to the people who made your glasses. It's seen as their responsibility to dispense your eyewear properly. Getting your glasses from the people who examined you would also cut down on running around if you notice something is wrong with the glasses.
Ultimately, I don't think we care that much. Get clear, comfortable, binocular (when possible) vision for the price you can afford NL!

I'm a tech in an eye doctor's office. You can absolutely go elsewhere without fear. We only judge the people that make a point to insult us before leaving and saying they're going elsewhere. Just don't call them for your PD (pupillary distance- a vital measurement for glasses) because they will NOT give it to you. Has to be measured for each pair.

I disagreed with NL focusing on level 3ing the bat in the first game, and I'm glad to have been proven incredibly wrong. One of the most incredible bats of all time, what a champion, especially in this weekly. Legitimate 4000IQ plays.

I work in eye care. It's not bad form of the place where you got the eye exam doesn't offer glasses, or doesn't offer frames that you like. If they do, then yeah it's kinda tough. A significant portion of that office's budget comes from glasses sales. No obligation of course. But if you get your glasses made elsewhere and come back to the first office for a frame adjustment, now you're a scumbag.
I'll add that Costco Optical actually does pretty good work compared to other discount places. You can also get your eye exam at Costco, if you want to feel shameless.

30/42 death touch does NOT tie with 1/1 death touch. Any death touch of 21/x or higher will kill a unit with melon armor, while say a 10/x death touch unit will bounce.
They absolutely tie. 30/42 is better when going against other units, but he meant that if the 30/42 with death touch goes against a 1/1 with death touch, both of them will faint.
Okay but a 30/42 *with death touch* does not have melon armor
