      @@RichardFelstead1949 l was a railway worker once upon a time. Can you tell me when steam went to diesel how many level crossing accidents occurred because the motorists would be looking for smoke!! I got told there were a fair few.

    Someone’s just had their HK Holden Kingswood just written off @ 7.15 the poor bugger! What was the derailment @ Jacana? Obviously the motorail cars were behind an interstate passenger as the car being a 67-68 model it was not new freight from GM-H??

      An Up S G goods. I think a buckled rail caused the derailment.

      If you go to the effort of trying to make a time stamp use a colon so it works. 7:15 .
