Miklos Kocsar:Salve Regina; at 10th International Chamber Choir Competition Marktoberdorf - Concert Kornhaus Kempten 2007 May 26 . www.modfestivals.org DVD and CD available
very balanced voices, which are difficult to achieve. good, sensible musicality which gives life to the song. its fitting that a hungarian choir should perform a piece by a hungarian composer. this is the best version i've ever heard anywhere. hope the choir did well in the competition. look forward to seeing this choir climb up from its 699th position in the musica mundi's world ranking list.
Who cares about competition and ranking when this kind of musicality reaches directly to our souls. I confess to a bit of gloom in admitting to myself that I could never get within a mile of this standard. Exquisite. Listen to Kocsar's Missa Tertia and you will take a short cut to heaven.
This choir is probably the best in Hungary, which means they are most likely the best in the world. Definitely in top 3. Musica mundi competitions are jut too expensive to participate, so their ranking don't reflect truth.
Mindig szívesen hallgatom a kórust, nagyon szeretem őket
Such a delightful play of dissonance and harmonance! And their blend and diction is just wonderful!!
i love the constant sortof low buzzing throughout the song. it gives the song energy.

The choir sounds absolutely wonderful! I'm singing first soprano for this song and its really a beautiful and melodious piece.
Que belleza tiene ese canto que llega a mis oidos.... Es hermoso =..)
Wonderful.
