Anti heal early are suckass against Vlad, it's better to get MR since his healing are not scalling yet

Yeah its better to use MR early on, while anti-heal is still important, you'll still end up dying to him if you go for tht first instead of MR

It actually st he need to work for, his best burst is after his first skill proc 2 times and he usually will have a 2s window to use that, just walk away most of the time in lane lel.

His full combo is 4 1 3 2 1. You can use yours skills while using skill 3. So the combos are diversify

If you meant the ability to use "skills" by "summoner skills and ability items" then yes you can.

About combo. I’m not a pro Vladimir, just a beginner you know.. nothing new 🧐 (20 hours as champ released)

It is often may happen that you may die in the middle of this combo ahah
