When we should drink water before going to bed ?! Are there any time specifications like 30 min /1 hr gap should be there?! And can we drink water in middle of night if we wake up to pee?!
Waking up to pee in the night, if you don't have other health conditions, is because you are drinking water before bed. It is not healthy to wake up in the middle of sleep to pee. So try to drink only minimal water, if required before bed.
If a person is over weight but due to some health conditions they need to take medicines after food then water cannot be avoided right DOCTOR? What can be done in that case

Depends on a lot of factors, depends on your body - there is no set rule that everyone in the world should drink 2.5 liters of water.
