That first "ow" and the disappointing results are the most relatable hair tutorial content I have ever seen, lmao.
You’re version is so much easier to achieve. I’m not great at doing my hair and trying to figure out the hand flips for these buns stresses me out haha. And by the way this is totally random but the lip color you’re wearing is so pretty! I must know what it was.

I’m trying the side/bangs and by the ear braid with messy pony! Love it. I’m medical and I need a great up hair style. I do my go to every day bun just like you do. I mean literally exactly the same 😊 I also do another bun that's a little more fancy and neater. I do the same steps as normal, but the ends that are left out I will do a braid and pull it out some to loosen it, then wrap it around the base and bobby pin it in place.

The best way to do this because I’ve done tutorials on this as well grab your hair like you’re gonna put into a ponytail and then when you get ready to bring the remainder as if you were to wrap it around twice stop midway grab with your other hand and twist and then hold it and then flip that tie around you’ll get the most perfect top knot! I’ve had tutorials on Instagram and TickTock on this very thing! Most of these viral ones don’t work.

I just struggled along with u for soooooo long on those darn buns that my arms are aching!! I love your bun the best lol!! I was hoping for one I could do without a mirror or bobby pins, but I don't care now, it's a small sacrifice hahaha!!! Thanks for the tips!!
I've always done it the same way you do it and I never could get it right so I used a fake hair band. But I tried the 1st one you showed us and it was easier for me to get my hair to go the way I wanted it to go. My hair is very long but thin. And I have to say your hair is beautiful❣ I would love to have hair like yours. I'm Ms. Frizz🤨

Hi - Iove your channel, you are my guru for messy buns. I love when you don't understand how in the Tik-Tok, you don't understand how she did it. Do you know how many times I have to start your video over....it's hysterical. One thing that is different for me is that I have to wear wigs because of a medical condition. I have been wearing wigs for a long time and I have certain long long wigs for messy buns and pony tails. The texture of long wigs is totally different than bio hair. Getting the wig into a high pony tail is quite a task because the wig is like someone having really thick, long hair. I have got it down to a science now. I can't use that telephone cord thing, it wig fibers would tangle and it would be impossible to get out. You can really ruin a wig using the wrong hair tie. I prefer to use a scrunchy and it works just as well. When I did have my bio hair about 4 yrs. ago I tried that cord thing and I almost ripped out my hair getting it out. I love watching you and your hair is beautiful.
I have long thin, fine hair. I tried the messy bun using the phone cord type thing and ouch!! I lost so much hair with it! It got tangled up so bad. I also tried the hair-tie-less ponytail. Took awhile untangling that mess. Well, when they said "it will hold" they weren't lying!😲😫

Do you ever use scrunchies when you wear it in a bun all I use I don't like hair ties and when you wear it down have you ever tried tuckin the hair behind ur ears for a style. I do that alot. And. Love it with big hoop earrings tp finish the look

I want a video with hair that hasnt already been curled or messed with. Natural frizzy/ straight/ or curly hair dos without having to use heat
The first one is good for shorter hair. Second one didn't seem to work. Yours is easiest and looks good. I have to do mine a little different since it's SO long.

I have straight fine hair. I have tried this bun multiple times with various results. I find the best results, with my hair, is to use a velvet or velour type scrunchy. The hair sticks to the material and the scrunchy gives it volume. I like your messy bun too. Great tutorial!

You didnt need to twist it twice and an tip for you all struggling basically when you twist it(for the second bun) you have to see if the hair is twisted around the ponytail that is on your hand and if it is can itll work cuz you can see when she did it the ponytail didnt have any hair

I think the 2nd bun is like the first the difference is that it only goes around once instead of twice and the second she doesnt grab the hair to push it go go around it's just pushed back by her hand. I can see how both are done but can't actually get it to form myself.🤔

I have very long hair and have tried a million “easy messy bun tutorials” I always end up with too much hair leftover at the end. Only way I can manage is to do it your way!
