@kinzababe I agree with the gas stove even in the U.S. there was a storm where I live & power was out for 48 hours and i was still able to cook & make some stew & rice on my gas stove! Good to have the gas stove!

I am building in Kumasi also and I can say it’s costly to build in ghana .
I pay for every little thing for the house and it’s add up ..
I go home every year to continue and it’s hard to come up with completion date .

Hi Kinza Babe, in the Caribbean it's called "Pit" but because of the language the name be different! this is a hole in the ground which is lined with stones from bottom to top; hence the water soaks away while the solids is biodegraded over its lifetime.

It's not cheap to get electricity, but it's worth it 🙏🏿🇬🇭🫶🏾 I can’t give you the exact amount but like I said it was 850ghs which I thought was high be it was still less than ECG 2500ghs a pole. The cables were 16.50 a meter. Remember location plays a role with the prices. You might get the pole cheeper I would hope in Volta region.🙏🏿🇬🇭🫶🏾

Thank you for watching. My land is located in central region it’s about an hour away from Accra depending where in Accra and it’s about 2.5 hours away from Asebu Pan African Village. Accra is capital city with the airport so you will get definitely find more options there than Cape Coast.

Yes they are! When the area starts to develop more than the electric company (ECG) will come and do more permanent work. This is how most developing countries do it. 🙏🏿🇬🇭🇬🇭🫶🏾
