Imagine yourself in the wild and relax to the fullest. Let your body and mind drift away and find a state of deep relaxation. Nature sounds have helped people a lot to relieve stress, to calm down, to meditate, to study, to get rid of insomnia and anxiety.
    Use this kind of natural sound to fully relax your body and soul. Find yourself a comfortable position, close your eyes, and just listen to the sound of the jungle. Stay in this position and keep listening for at least 15 minutes. You will fall into a very soothing state of mind. If you fall asleep it's okay too. Sleep is a form of relaxation and helps our body and mind to recover as well.
